FYI folks, this only works if you’re at home or somewhere where “both” phones are connected to the “same” WiFi. If you leave one phone home and go to the store, if that phone you took with you to the store isn’t connected to your home WiFi anymore, this “trick” which isn’t a trick, it’s an iPhone option, won’t work anymore. Once you get back home and the phone reconnects to the WiFi, THEN it will sync again!
Will it work by iphone hotspot i mean to say that the primary phone which has a sim card turns on hotspot and the other one connects with his hotspot recieve the calls or not?

This is Handoff feature where both devices need to be near.
