This is a really nice home that is located in the newest phase of this great community.
The Ashville model is very affordable. It has a nice open kitchen and I love the shiplap barn doors which gives it that farmhouse feel. This is a great house and it has so much to offer including a front porch, a beautifully landscaped yard, a carport and a shed. Oh, and don’t forget about the pad for your golf cart.

Awesome horses. I like the house. It is too small for me, but it is cute. I like the windows in the kitchen. I have not seen that before.
Lot's of horses and cattle all around, but town is just a few minutes away. Imax, Texas Roadhouse, huge shopping.
Yeah I have started seeing more windows incorporated in kitchens.

I like these homes in this community. It may be pricier, but personally, it would be worth it to me to have everything done. Just curious if any of these homes could be adapted for handicap access. This is a nice plan. I think I like the other two a little better personally, but still very doable. Thank you for sharing these, Joe.
I have inquired about handicapped access. Many, (but not all) floor-plans can be modified to accommodate wheelchairs and other mobility devices. It has to be determined from model to model.

The vents are more of a regional feature.
In the sub-tropics, ceiling vents are my preference since cold air sinks and it's hot here 75% of the time.
Floor vents indicate hot air rising during predominantly longer cold climate regions.

Pantry has shelves not a rack to hand clothes. Don’t like washer dryer in the dining room. The layout could be a lot better.
