@@chinyang1200 so far CN and KR voice have no issues. Definitely JP voice actor schedule issues. I think the problem will be fixed in potential reruns. Don't forget there's a possibility P5X will have English VA once it goes global.

Luffel is an anglicisation of Ruferu
Ruffel like ruffeling looking qt the name
It's Ruffle it's a pun based on what birds to do realign there plumage just the A.I translates when it Luffel or ruferu into romanised writing in Japanese vonacular inconsistently sometimes going with the exact pronunciation "ruferu" and because L and R is semi interchangeable in Japan it translates it halfway it becomes Luffel.
