I've never wanted to make all the recipes on a youtube channel as much as I do yours. Everything you're putting out is making me want to cook more outside. Just got the sodium citrate to make American cheese this week. Gonna render me some beef tallow soon, and clarified butter this weekend. You are the Aladdin to my Jasmine, you are showing me the World. Edit: I am one of those who does not like the gamey-ness of lamb, and Imma try this recip, cause it alooka so good.
🤣 THE BEST..... Not only Educational... but entertaining. The part where you sang about the food processor, not being plugged in...... That is something I would do.... 100% props...
Lamb has always been my #1 favorite. Way way supersede everything else I've ever eaten. Its a true treat and it make a point to cook it about 4 times a year different ways so it doesn't loose its allure.... Never chops though that's crazy expensive for nothing
As an aussie i find most americans butcher lamb (intended). This method actually looks edible and on behalf of everyone thank you for not stuffing raw garlic into it at some point. Lamb Rack is god's gift. The only thing better is the fatty tail crispy on a loin chop or the outside brown edge on a charcoaled boneless leg roast.
Amazing - my four year old and six year old almost took down all four ribs on the small rack I bought. I was lucky to get any as a quality control check! Awesome recipe - great cook - thanks for all of your help!
Restraint I used to work at marinade them in balsamic vineragarette and other stuff before baking to super rare then grilling to order. Made me fall in love with the dirty sock lamb flavor somehow becomes amazing
I love lamb chops.. I typically season with Kosher salt ; fresh cracked black pepper, minced garlic & herb de provence... I will definitely give your version a try & also try out that tasty chimichurri sauce /dip that you made.. Keep up the great work
So, I'm on a journey to watch this several multiple times more than the bunch of times I've watched this. Fueled by G&T's/Irish whiskey I aim to boost the view count on the sadly understood tastiness of lamb.
I´m from South Africa and we love Lamb, living in Germany now, we mostly get Leg of Lamb imported from New Zealand. I´m make a leg of lamb for Sunday and are looking at your channel and the PitmasterX channel for some other ideas than the normal way I have been making it. Once you go lamb, you will never turn back 🙂
I haven’t ate much lamb in my life but last week I tried two racks in my smoker. Salt pepper garlic powder with sage and rosemary, set smoker to 225 waited till hit 135,let rest for 20 mins and gotta say I absolutely loved it, making more tomorrow
Dude that looked so dang good I seriously am going to try this recipe! Thanks for sharing that fun fact about the yellar mustard!! Have a great week bro!!
Just giving your "worst" video some love! Admittedly, I have not tried this one yet, but I see those racks at Costco all the time. Time to pick some up! P.S. I'm watching your lamb ribs next!
Welshman here, and completely agree about the reverse sear for ribs. And dude, the crispy fatty skin you get left on the outside of a slow cooked lamb shoulder....Holy crap, some of the best eating ever.
When I was on Deployment to Souda Bay, Greece there was a mom and pop restaurant across the road from the base that had the BEST lamb chops I've ever had.
Lamb is my favourite red protein. It's so sad Americans don't really like it. The best lamb I ever had came from Colorado, and that's saying something because I'm a Kiwi.
Did you know, BBQ Mutton is a regional specialty in Western Kentucky? If you are ever in the area, Old Hickory BBQ and Moonlite BBQ in Owensboro, KY - As a food tourist, you can thank me later!
You better hit me with a little Dijon mustard after that video, because hot damn, I'm a little spicy. Lamb, hidden bbq booze, and the ol' Chudbox. Simply a stunning culinary innovation!
Man I gotta see if I can get some Saltmarsh lamb sent to you from Wales. Welsh lamb is the best in the world and Saltmarsh lamb from the Gower is the top tier 👌
I'm watching your video, but I Hate Lamb With Mint. My Mom is British. Every time we had lamb, it was with mint. I hated it, but I choked it down. Mom is a great cook. 39 years later, I had Mediterranean Lamb and Persian Gulf Lamb. DELICIOUS. Just want you to know where I stand.
Im Irish but live in Canada and i love lamb, its pretty expensive here and the wife doesnt eat it so when i cook it i usually get something cheapeer.Would love to see a mutton or cheaper cut of lamb video like maybe lamb shanks, lamb breast etc
I love lamb, especially the whole rack, I can t see why this didn't do well. I always used to sear and then oven finish. Now that I have discovered the beauty of a Weber I will give it a shot. At least until I make my own offset, using your video as reference of course.
Have you tried crispy pork knuckle. Smoking it for a bit before roasting to crisp is excellent. I have never seen a video on smoked pork knuckle so I just experimented. Doing it again this weekend.
Im certain gamey lamb is a USA thing, in the UK iv only ever had 1 slightly gamey bit of lamb but that was a newzeland import. All the born and bred UK lamb iv had has never had a gamey flavour. One of my turkish mates send hes parents in turkey lamb from the UK as they say its much better then the lamb in their country. Maybe its a country terrain/diet thing? Not sure. What you guys think?
It's most certainly a diet thing. Grass fed lamb will have a much stronger "gamy" flavour. It's from compounds named indoles and mainly skatole that arise from the digestion of grass. Same goes for cattle, it will have a much stronger flavour if it's grass fed. So as a tip, if you're afraid of a gamy taste try and look for grain fed lamb. I actually prefer the "gamy" flavour, it's how the meat is supposed to taste. People are just not used to meat having intense flavours anymore because of the industrial meat production making it more profitable to just feed massive amounts of grains.
Awesome. Lamb is so under appreciated in this country. BUT, come on, please, show your take on a boneless center cut pork loin. I have my own ideas (scored deeply, slathered with salsa verde or achiote paste and smoked and finished rare), but your's are probably better. It's a readily available, cheap cut joint, available at mass grocers all the time. Enlighten us, please.
So many Charlie Angels references come to mind (how was the Chud?) haha. We helped a niece raise lambs for quite a few years for FFA. Awsome times and experience, but the best part is having the end result as lamb chops and meat in the freezer. Sweet feed fed all year for the tastiest dinners. This years will definitely have a couple racks instead of the chops for this absolutely delicious looking cook brother, and the green stuff haha, looks fantastic
Rack a lamb! Love a ribeye but rack of lamb, the fat on both but lamb for me is better! But both cost to much haha gotta treat yourself once in a while.
I've never wanted to make all the recipes on a youtube channel as much as I do yours. Everything you're putting out is making me want to cook more outside. Made this for Easter dinner and it was…. Delicious! Lamb is one of my faves, especially NZ lamb. The rarer you go, the less gamier the taste!
I know you've said this is one of your underperforming videos...but this is one of your recipes I've used the most. Easy weeknight cook.
Lamb has always been my #1 favorite. Way way supersede everything else I've ever eaten. Its a true treat and it make a point to cook it about 4 times a year different ways so it doesn't loose its allure.... Never chops though that's crazy expensive for nothing
Smoked lamb is one of my favorites.
Garlic only for shoulder/ leg 👍
Turned out amazing!! So fast and easy (once you get the hang of frenching those bones)!
Amazing - my four year old and six year old almost took down all four ribs on the small rack I bought. I was lucky to get any as a quality control check! Awesome recipe - great cook - thanks for all of your help!
I'm a kiwi and I approve of this video
legendary lamb-tastic!! Love me some lamb baby! Yes!!
#1 Chud video there is right here, hell yea!
Restraint I used to work at marinade them in balsamic vineragarette and other stuff before baking to super rare then grilling to order. Made me fall in love with the dirty sock lamb flavor somehow becomes amazing

Man I’m so glad you started a channel. I freakin love every video. Adding this lamb recipe to my must do list.
Love this Vid. Being an Aussie love lamb
Looks delicious! People who don't eat lamb are missing out. I also recommend mutton or goat, if you can get it.
never give up on the lamb!
This channel deserves way more views! Rooting for this one to take off. Great content.

Dude that looked so dang good I seriously am going to try this recipe! Thanks for sharing that fun fact about the yellar mustard!! Have a great week bro!!
7:45 life tip 👍😎👍
Just giving your "worst" video some love! Admittedly, I have not tried this one yet, but I see those racks at Costco all the time. Time to pick some up!
P.S. I'm watching your lamb ribs next!
As an Aussie that eats lamb all the time. I love doing my racks as a reverse sear🤙. You need to try a lamb shoulder for pulled lamb.
Welshman here, and completely agree about the reverse sear for ribs. And dude, the crispy fatty skin you get left on the outside of a slow cooked lamb shoulder....Holy crap, some of the best eating ever.
Kiwi here who wholeheartedly agrees with you both!
Bring it on! You lamb recipes are so good - and your sauces are fabulous! More! More!
I'm surprised this video only has 5k views! Lamb is very good, easy to cook, and easy to get (Costco)! Well done sir
Please consider a video on sanitizing work station, cleaning pits etc. 🍻
i swear im addicted to this recipe. If i can i make it every weekend
You, Sir, are a real showman. We love lamb and I did a couple of racks recently (my channel is in German, though).
When I was on Deployment to Souda Bay, Greece there was a mom and pop restaurant across the road from the base that had the BEST lamb chops I've ever had.
Awesome work! Hold the flies 😂
Am definitely going to try this. Love lamb
Looks yummy!! I Love Lamb!
Watching again to boost the tastiness view count. C'mon subscribers!
Plug it in Plug it in!!! That came out Amazing!!!
thanks . looks good.

Happy to see an American cooking lamb, we love it down under haha. Although we call those cutlets and not ribs👍👍
Settling in for the "widely unpopular!"
Same haha
You better hit me with a little Dijon mustard after that video, because hot damn, I'm a little spicy.

I'm here from the Beer Can Chicken Video! lol

39 years later, I had Mediterranean Lamb and Persian Gulf Lamb. DELICIOUS. Just want you to know where I stand.
I would love to see more lamb recipes. What a tasty meat!
Wow that looked great, you cook more lamb
I know you talk about this being one of your worst-performing videos but I loved it. Even my 2yo was begging to try it.
Lamb is great. I cook it a lot. Also, smoked leg of lamb is nice.
You should try fruit chutney pasted thick on the fleshy side then cook until done. Yumo!
Nice way to hide your drink from your wife! ;)
Grat channel you have there. Greetings from Bavaria.
Ooh! A pulled lamb shoulder! Dont't think you"ve done that.
#BIGLAMBFAN..
I'm just here to add a like to the algorithm 😉
Bruh....you got me wanting to hit up the store at midnight 😂😂 great cook, brother!
Im Irish but live in Canada and i love lamb, its pretty expensive here and the wife doesnt eat it so when i cook it i usually get something cheapeer.Would love to see a mutton or cheaper cut of lamb video like maybe lamb shanks, lamb breast etc
How does this video only have 23,000 views? Rack of lamb with a damn good glass of bourbon.
If I remember to plug in first🎶🎶🎶
Nothing better than a bit of 🐑 on the barbee! 👌
Great looking lamb. The chud box is sweet.
That looks delicious. Deer meat similar?
Gates BBQ up here in KC serves Mutton of the pits.
I love lamb, especially the whole rack, I can t see why this didn't do well. I always used to sear and then oven finish. Now that I have discovered the beauty of a Weber I will give it a shot. At least until I make my own offset, using your video as reference of course.
Great channel! I would love to see a build video of the big chud box!
And another great vid mate
I have also cooked venison this way, super tasty and tender
Legend
Lambtastic
Lamb should be more popular in America.
That's it. I'm buying a smoker. Maybe a chud box
idk if you check old videos but is there any reason you did the sear first here? as opposed to doing a reverse sear like a steak
More lamb recipes please Mr Chud
Have you tried crispy pork knuckle. Smoking it for a bit before roasting to crisp is excellent. I have never seen a video on smoked pork knuckle so I just experimented. Doing it again this weekend.
You can smoke my pork knuckle, big boy.
I don't get it. He seared it. Then put the mustard then offset cooked it until? Then he added the other seasoning and then put it in the smoker?
Bradley Looks so good I have a question where did you get your meat sauce
Bradley can you do a vid on smoking a leg of lamb?
Ive got a rack of lamb in the freezer so I know what I'm doing with it now
Haha 😂 I’m going to get a lamb rack tomorrow just to try it. Looks nice they
When is LL going to have that mustard sauce for sale
got half a cow coming next month, really thinking of getting a lamb next
I’m here just to see what video you always Talk about people not watching!
This video needs more love. Though the audio seems a bit muted compared to normal. I really have wanted a good lamb recipe.
Im certain gamey lamb is a USA thing, in the UK iv only ever had 1 slightly gamey bit of lamb but that was a newzeland import. All the born and bred UK lamb iv had has never had a gamey flavour. Nice border to border med rare on that brother
Lamb not popular in the US? Looks like I’m a part of the minority then. It’s sooo good and tender! People are really missing out!
RELEASE THE CHUD BOX VIDEO!!!
Try using white pepper instead of black pepper.
I got another meat to put on my list to smoke!
Boneless Leg of lamb next please
Can you do a leg of lamb recipe or tutorial of how to cook it.
gotta keep the Michter's close by
Why did you choose to do a traditional sear vs a reverse sear?
Get the color perfect then bring up to temp. The other way around and you risk overcooking the internal when searing
We need a leg of lamb!
So many Charlie Angels references come to mind (how was the Chud?) haha. We helped a niece raise lambs for quite a few years for FFA. "I always recommend going from the back" lml me too my guy me too
Rack a lamb! Love a ribeye but rack of lamb, the fat on both but lamb for me is better! But both cost to much haha gotta treat yourself once in a while.
