No shame in dreaming of a desk, I went rig-only for a while to save space and my god it's so much nicer having a desk again. Really happy for you and how far you've come since the shed.

I remember watching your very first i racing series on you tube. I’ve watched you every since. You did mod me for one of your very first 24h races. May have been Daytona 24. It’s very refreshing to see someone enjoying what they are passionate about. I still catch your streams very often. But more of a lurker now haha. But you will always have my support
Its been said multiple times but you always felt like a normal dude i could imagine being mates with and its so great seeing how your life has progressed, fully deserved and it just goes to show that hard work and perseverance pays off. Closing in on the one milly too, we love you dude keep on keeping on.
Awesome to see the improvement compared to your shed video, but I do feel like we need to start planning a wheel rim intervention. FYI, Jem is about to start a season in the McLaren 570s trophy driving a 570s, which is a GT4 car. It starts in like two weeks from writing this :)
ive been watching since 2017 and seeing your rally stream with the headband took me back to when i started racing myself. its insane how far youve gotten and what your giving back to the community keep inspiring !
You got me through the quiet nights of the Great Shutdown of 2020. Being here to see you rise to the well deserved success you have achieved has been one hello of a ride and I wish you much more success.
The progression from when i started watching like 5ish years ago is crazy. Hopefully ill have a rig too some day but lifes been slowin that down recently as if it was gonna take long enough already
Great to see your room Jimmy, especially your cable management, makes me proud of my equally 'tidy' spaghetti wires. I'm a single monitor guy too, thought about ultrawide and triple, but, there's nothing wrong with how it currently is, so why change.
Its like Jimmy has missed the shed so much he's tried to recreate it by having as little space as possible in his sim room. Love this kind of video, full of new stuff but at the same time bringing back fond memories of the past.
I've been subscribed only for a bit more than 4 years, but damn, I'm so happy for your growth, both personally and professionally, and being here, experiencing it first hand. Keep doing what you love, keep being yourself, and keep inspiring us, pretend race car drivers!
I didn't know you had a second channel. I have subscribed to it now. I really enjoy the vlogs when you are at the racetrack with a lot of the behind the scenes and with information of your Sim gear.
Jimmy, you've been an inspiration to me and when i finally got my sim in September of last year, i was so happy because i finally got to have a time to beat, and ive learned so much from watching your videos. I would love to race in Assetto Corsa with you. A touge match would be sick.
Jimmer- Did you miss who supplied the actual Sim Rig? I really dig that Niels Heusinkveld gave you that terrific base setup. That along with the 1000 hp shifter cart & the racing Shed. (Replete w/ porn mags on the table.)
1 monitor is underrated, I used to use two but after one broke I just stuck to the one left and it's been fine most of the time. Not moving the head around so much is really nice tbh.
I LOVE the wall art, I think most of us would love a wall with our greatest achievements on it. Super proud of you Jimmy! A lot of us have been here before 100k subscribers and just to see how far you have come is absolutely amazing!
I cant wait to be able to have a sim rig, I've been into racing since I was a kid, always used a controller but finding I really want to get into proper sim racing with a wheel and pedals.
I am old school Winston Cup NASCAR type. Back in the day they would race open face helmet. No fire suit or gloves with a cigarette hanging out of their mouth. I do the same thing for the sake of immersion so part of my mess is cig ashes dropped all over the place and few burn holes in the seat and whatever shirt I am wareing.
Sim room looks awesome jimmer! Cant believe youve got 2 rigs in one room! It was a great experience to cheer you on at Snetterton and I'm blown away that the face is on the wall! And it's just as terrifying now as it was back then 😂 Keep killing it mate!
Oh my gosh, just commented on another vid of yours about an R4 song used in it now I see these incredible posters? I like you, like, as a person. You must be pretty incredible :)
Hey Jimmy, thanks for the video! I'm planning to buy me some sim racing stuff in the future and those videos are really, really helpful for me to kinda get an understanding of the whole thing. 👍🏻
Let me suggest one thing for you to display/store the wheels, get those Ikea kallax put them wherever you think it would stay better and it'll transform everything and you'll think "why didn't I got this sooner!"
I do laugh how when Jimmy reacts to other peoples setups he usually comments on how bad their cable management is, but then you look at his :P My half rig has good cable management, however that is where it ends, the desks cable management is a nightmare.
Nice room Jimmy! It’s really great seeing your ever evolving moments and spaces. You’ve/ your work’ve been a cozy/calming/cathartic vibe through some rough times (and also some good ones too). Thanks for letting me/us tag along! Ps-I love watching VR races, the head movement actually makes me feel more immersed so, if that’s the friction, I’d say it was a feature, not a bug 😁. For what it’s worth, if you’re keen to revisit them sweaty goggles : I’d watch. Good luck out there!
Great video, the progression is insane from shed to shlife for real. side note sorry i had to (its Mansel in the Honda before the fw14b or better known now as red 5) still cool as f... think it's a 88 honda the fw14b 1991 was built in Didcot where i grew up, Mansel and shumi my all-time faves, big lando fan now i also quiet like this sim/real racer/ dude JBB
Nice sim room set up 👍. I would like to ask. Would you like to come along to Swaffham raceway to have ago in a 2L stock car at one of the meetings. (I know i shouldn't put this but have ago in a stock car)
Saw that poster of the red mx5 and immediately bought it, can't wait until it gets here, it will look great next to the green time attack mx5 😍 whoever designs your posters does a great job
I never drove on a triple screen, thought it had to be superior for anyone. But now I dont feel too bad about my single screen setup anymore, still interesting choice, since it is already set up in your room
On what is your steering wheel mounted? Ive seen the aluminium rigs quite often, but cant find them 🫣 Love the video's mate. Happy racing and much love to Maurice, who we all know, is the true goat 😎😉
Jimmer I love you for so many reasons but everytime you “have to”admit your a Schumi fan I just connect even more. Have loved watching you grow from the shed to Goldie. Keep doing exactly what you are man.
I do have a question. Usually in the uk the driver is on the right, and I notice on your setup you have the h shifter and the handbrake on your right which makes it left hand drive. Is there a reason why you have them on the right rather than the left? And on which side you'd prefer to drive?
Jimmer, I have an ultrawide going spare, you want to try it? Hahaha! (please, the box is fucking massive, its taking up half my room) Great to follow the progress over the past few years, you were definitely instrumental in my spirial down the hole that is sim-racing! Loved every minute!
"VR is the way forward for simracing" I can't tell you how it felt driving in vr for the first time. being enclosed by a wall of cars around me, being able to see the distance to each corner... it's amazing!

Jimmer the kind of guy to get sent lots of wheels and goes out and buys the most basic ones and enjoys it...
"Girls hate how little men need to be happy."
Yeah right like he has to buy his own stuff he’s like every RUclipsr they will tell you anything is good to get the pay check
Jimmer the kind of guy to have a bougie attic trapdoor
Wdym? That Moza wheel is the most complex sim wheel i've ever seen.
Rim giveaway 😂
What a improvement from the shed. Wish you all the best jimmer. You really deserve it for the grinding you put in during those years
