- so iv have quite a lot of questions about some of my other van builds. so this video should clear a lot of the questions up. it stated life as a renault master mini bus and i have converted it to use as an off road adventure / camper van for people to use for mountain bike racing and trips away with the club and friends and family. any tech questions please get in touch either below or on my instagram @builderonabike

Loved the colour of the van, I'm thinking of upgrading to a master, like you I'm a bench hand joiner so that sides covered has for electrics just going for leisure batteries to run odd light and radio in back, no plumbing bottled water poured into bowl and wash practical and SIMPLE like me. As long as I have storage for fire wood and my fire extinguisher which I have made into a beast of fire few bears to sit round fire, then I am as happy as a pig in the you know what? I have seen your little red Mercedes so I know the quality of your work, I am no good at attaining all these niftie little this and niftie little that off computer. Anyway thanks for sharing your projects, cheers pal

I just got my hands on a 2005 master, mini bus. I've 3 kids and i mountain bike so I'm going to build this exact van. Do you have general plans that I could buy off you. I'd like to get dimensions on bed size. How is bed frame constructed?

I got the interior done so insulation lining etc do I need to do from inside?

A love sprinter done fair bit of work on them before but a no if a buy one al have dpf egr fault or it will blow up or something. A no the renault is littel Tammer on power the engine not to bad to work on. See like to have one to fit three moterbikes in back with a bed that is adjusterble in hight so can fit taller bikes in and if going with no bikes can Lower it down.

Ye initially I build them for my self but e I always seem to make money on them. This particular one is still with me. It’s just perfect for what I need.

Hi mate I have a renault master as well, what did you do with the windows, just curtains? Just cause living through the winter I'm thinking curtains won't be enough insulation, and I don't wanna board them off because I like the day light. Cheers Finn
I got some thermal blinds made up.
Hi we also have a Renault Master ex mini bus. It is fitted with a tacograph wich we would like to remove, did you have one fitted?

Hiya, please HELP!! I have exactly the same van as you and I need to remove the rear lining so I can insulate behind it. How did you remove all the round plastic fixings holding the lining up? Did you replace them with new ones?
I was thinking about cutting them off and swapping with new but I have no idea what to buy.

6ft 7” Heavy Paramotor Guy you can buy a tool to remove them looks like a cross between a screwdriver and a craw from a hammer. And ye you can buy new ones from eBay. Quite cheap to.

Marek Marek they were juts mini bus seats that where already in the van when I got it. Just re positioned.

is that the steel frame from a minibus on the floor? Did you insulte it inside?
Steel frame ?? Ye all my vans are insulted fully.
@@builderonabike It looks like you have a steel frame on the floor that you're insulating between. Exactly the same as my minibus Master - Its a nightmare to remove.
Arr ok ye that was for the seats to fix to. Ye it was insulated between the beams. Then sealed with foil tape to prevent moisture.
