Hello! Thanks for sharing this video, it’s really helpful as we have an identical van and didn’t know where to start with the flooring as it has so many different ribs.What size pieces of wood have you used here for the studs?
Drilling all those holes in the van's metal floor is a terrible idea: gluing only would achieve the same goal.
