Looks nice. I just bought a Renault Master myself, intending to make it a camper. I noticed you had the door window, did you install it yourself and if so, where'd you buy it?
I got it on eBay along with the fitting kit. There’s a video on my channel of fitting it. It’s quite straight forward really, just takes a bit of bravery to cut a big hole in the side of your van 🤣 I did the rear door windows too.
Hello. I think the van looks great. I am thinking of buying a Renault Master for a my own build. What has your ownership experience been like? Any problems with the van?? Thank you in advance.
Thank you. We have since sold the van to cover maternity leave costs but whilst working on it I was pretty impressed with it. No major rust issues and it was mechanically really good. We’re planning on doing another van when our daughter gets slightly older and I wouldn’t hesitate in getting another Master. I believe the engine is the same as the Nissan Navara, which I’ve had for the last 5 years and have never had any issues with that.
Very nice. Good job!
Thank you ☺️

How tall are you? Is this a regular Master or high roof?
It’s the high roof but I think there is one higher. I’m 6 foot

@@Renovation-Danthanks for getting back to me. Also good luck on your new adventure.
@@chrisandrews7518 thank you. Best of luck with the van build, whatever you end up getting.
Full length bed? a master is like 175cm wide and a bed is normally 200cm. But if you fit in, good for you :) i couod def. not ....
It’s a 190cm mattress. It has cut outs from the main plywood walls with 25mm insulation on both sides plus a 6mm plywood skin.
