Those bars are different than the Kraus risers and ODI bars that were shown earlier. They look nice and maybe adjustable?
They are definitely adjustable! I’m releasing a video later today that show feature the bars and explain more about them

The road captains will decide the route. We typically do try to take the more scenic routes when possible
