i have problem with my 5r55w body valve is no forward at any gear but is oke, i have test with another body valve my trans is oke! how to fix the body valve with no forward at any gear?
What was the reason that you installed this shift kit? Mine is shifting very harshly from 1st to 2nd. I installed a Superior shift kit which made zero difference in this problem. I don't see any claims from Transgo that this kit will remedy harsh shifts
@@terrydrew7002 : No, you're wrong. I used these: Servo Bore TRANSMISSION FIX (AJ1E Superior Solutions, LLC) They have o rings on them. These shift kits do nothing to solve the harsh shifting problem on the LS's. Turns out that the problem is in the PCM. There is a transmission circuit in there that gets damaged. Solved the problem on two LS's. I made a video of taking out the PCM ruclips.net/video/VRghoMdYxIo/видео.html
@@MRM-wp4gr so what did they discover once they looked at your pcm because 90% of the time these box's get harsh before they die is because of the servo on the side of the box wearing a groove in the alu box and you need to either file it smooth or bore it bigger and sleeve it which is a kit you can buy. Nothing to do with a shift kit at all
that's a good shift kit and is commonly used in the states by professional builders. I think a 4mm bolt will fit those end plugs and help with removal
It shifted silky smooth can hardly tell
How did it work after you put it back in the vehicle?

You will find your servo bore is worn. The sharp edge of the servo piston wears the aluminium bore. A very poor design.
No, that isn't it because I installed the new servos that have the o- rings on them.
@@MRM-wp4gr wrong servos.
You replaced the ones in the solenoid.
The one in question is on the side of the gearbox itself
