Just picked up my 660 last weekend. Ordered a belly pan and frame sliders from the dealer, they were cheaper than I thought they'd be. The frame sliders come with replaceable pucks and not a complete eye sore. Love this bike! Super fun and comfy ride.

I bought a 2020 wr250r a few months ago. Absolutely love it. Changed the gearing and had the rear shock revalved and I ride with my buddy's yz450f.

That’s a stunning ride.
Love it. Looks amazing (especially the tank). Great horsepower. Great finish. Good spec suspension, brakes etc. VERY reasonable price. Shame about the ride-by-wire, but who knows, it might not suck. I'm sure everything else about it will be great.
Are you guys gonna compare the honda crf 300 and the kawasaki klx 300 to the wr250 at some point?

That trident bit was a cinematic masterpiece
Just got mine, in white, about 3 weeks ago. 425 Lbs with a full tank.
1st mod was adapting a Sachs rear shock. The OEM shock way too harsh on dampening.
The forks , on the other hand are near perfect for a non adjustable. 32mm sag, with 190 Lb rider.

What a beatufiul bike this really might have been my next one but I got a street tripl about a month before this was even announced not that have any regrets but this would have been an easier step up to make before getting the triple.

205kg payload, that is massive! Don't let the big guy get on it without jacking the rear preload up a good bit, it will handle much better for him.

I just bought a used 2013 wr250r and it surprised me, could do EVERYTHING my dirt bikes can do but a little more comfortable doing it. Put it In second and rev it to the moon and she will go up anything.

Just bought one today! Super stoked to ride this gorgeous bike
The Sachs rear shock I used was from a 2012 Aprilia RSV 4 Tuono. 12 inch, eye to eye.
Clearance issue on the swing arm end that required me to carve just a bit on the lower casting and use a shorter spring. I used a 5 inch long spring, with 1 inch spacer. a 6 inch spring can be used with no spacer. Got a 700 Lb spring from Penske which works for me , weighing 190 / 210 Lbs
Can't wait for that duo or triple comparison. With the Trident, MT-07 and 650R.
Just waiting on my Trident 600 should be in middle to end of May.
The MT-07 with Akrapovic full carbon exhaust & rear fender eliminator any day of the week!

Way off topic but wanted to ask. I've seen a lot of adds on Facebook about CSC motorcycles and know how you feel about small fun bikes and wanted to maybe get your opinion on one and of we could get a review up on the channel.
This is definitely one of the best looking Triumphs I've seen. I'm usually not a fan of Triumph styling but this one looks sharp.

Would the trident be any good for a 6.2 tall and 265 heavy rider?
The Sachs shock I used can be had from Ebay for about $ 90 to 120 bux.
Top spacers need to be machined a bit narrower and lower spacers shimmed
.180 inch per side. Tha Sachs shock may be 1 Lb lighter than the all steel OEM shock.
I need to ride one. Right now I’m partial to mt07, but as a self proclaimed triple boy, I find myself lusting after the Trident

In the PH. The sv650 is approx $2000 cheaper than the trident. But damn that build quality is 🔥
It’s about $1000 cheaper in America. But the Trident seems like a bike even an American could be happy commuting on forever. The SV will quickly become a “backup bike” or a track project.

I'd like to ride one. The Trident I mean. I got my Grandfather's 1971 T150T on the scissors now going through it. Cleaning AMAL carbs...new battery, plugs. Probably go through the brakes and new rear tire.
