Amazing work Jerms. You should really think of editing all of the pieces of this mini-series on this region into a “movie” and clean it up and bit and release a supercut with some minor re-editing. RUclips loves long content in many ways and it might be a good way to increase your reach (and also selfishly, I would love to have it). Good luck on the next project!
I think I've realised what sets your world apart from any other builders on RUclips and it's the yellow trees. They just pop against the landscape and the builds. They really take the world to the next level.
the pointy things at the base of the bridge pillars is to stop the water eroding the pillars. So over time it'd make the breakwaters soften, but not the bridge supports themselves.
A water wheel would fit perfect on the left house at 08:22 suns it’s right next to the creek also maybe some old wind mills could be installed since that’s part of the process of processing wheat , hope you like these ideas and I love the series !😊
You already know it Jerm, but here I am to say it again: Great to watch as always, loved the editing, the builds and how it's all coming together! Especially seeing the city starting to grow in the survival world. Keep it up man, thank you!
Love your World. It gives me this sort of Living painting vibe and watching your videos always inspires me to build on my Minecraft worlds. Hope you dont mind if I use some of your building techniques for my builds. They just looks awsome!!
WHAAAATTT, the use of custom models actually shocked me in a good way, I've never seen someone do this for a solo survival world before. Woww I am actually impressed. Not only are the builds good, but the textures for the custom models are too. Truly an artist! I do say though. I hope these custom models are used sparingly, and more as a use for emphasis than overall decorating. Other than that, absolutely masterclass work.
So great! I really love how alive the Elden Ring mountain range feels, it has so much feel and the colors are amazing, The acacia saplings with the string is genious
The first cobblestone house you built in the yellow valley reminds me of the tavern in the first episode of Berserk 1997 which is weird because your valley almost makes me feel a warm fall wind sweeping through the yellow leaves, in complete opposite to the setting in Berserk which is completely dark, rainy and depressing, its amazing how your builds always bring out feeling and aren't just bland, i think it's great !
With the ''gravestones'' that you're unsure about, I quite like the Idea of it being a Ghost summoning Alter, or some other paranormal being. I think that would work really well especially with the villagers close by selling the cursed books.
Hey! I think in elden ring the swords places are locations where significant battles where fought but in Berserk they are graves. Maybe in your world it can be a place where an old battle was fought in your world and the people who won put in the old swords in the ground of their enemy’s to respect them or maybe a place where old mercenaries and knights put down their swords to show they Retired. Sorry if there are grammar mistakes :)
I restarted the video a few times to try to figure out the time signature of the intro song. Noice music choice as usual 👌Also your builds are absolutely amazing. To make vanilla minecraft look this good without shaders or excessive mods is incredible. This is art and it’s genius tbh
So much progress in one video (different theme). For the pointy thing of the bridge, i think it's to protect and fortifie the bridge. Protecting from the flood (redirecting the current of the water) and the river who gonna damage the stonne (like for a century the effect can be real). On some bridge, like in Paris, they put status on it. And when the river flood you look where the water is (knee, torso , head of the statu,..) and compared to other flood.
Hey. I think for the monuments/gravestones you could have them represent some sort of astronomy monument. Like, maybe they align with the stars in some ways and represent spiritual/astrological connotations, a bit like Stonehenge.
Just as an fyi these foundations on the bottom of the pillars are called starlings. They where actually developed by the romans to help disperse the force of the water, so the actual pillars that were holding the bridge were not taking too much damage and the sediment around the pillars on the bottom of the river would not be washed away.
This is the best build you've ever made, and it's up there with one of the best videos you've ever made! I love finally seeing some of the city come to fruition in the survival world.
Your style looks like if Fwhip’s and Bdubs’ style had a baby, in the best way possible (of course in its own unique way) I’m so glad RUclips recommended me your video, I love your world
I am a massive fan of your creative building streams. I even watch the uploads when I missed the streams. However I really like to see something in the episodes that I haven't seen in the streams before
The idea of using candles as birds is so genius. Even if you don’t have anything where they fly off of, you could put them flying in a V-formation to maybe accentuate an open space
I love the two houses that you built on the hill, I think you should build a dead tree in the costume forest you built last episode to make it feel like the forest has been there for a long time and is slowly growing old.
This is the first video I've watched from your channel and I'm in love with your builds. Will it ever be possible to download this beautiful world? I mean, they're an amazing thing and since I want to learn to build too, being able to see something like that first hand would be amazing.
18:00 it’s the water. To counter the river water that by flowing constantly wears out the pillars, they formed them in the shape of a boat, which in itself is formed to go through water. General relativity lets us know that it doesn’t matter whether the boat shape goes trough the water or if the water flows around the boat shape. It was also used to anchor house boats(mostly fisherboat as they were probably the main income of the bridge household)
You’re literally becoming my favorite Minecraft RUclipsr, your editing and building style is just absolutely perfect and I wouldn’t change a thing man keep it up
I always love your videos, especially all you builds. Your world feels so immersive! But Have you thought about using the mod distant horizon? I think with your world it would look awesome altogether ❤
To me, the gravestones you built look like big stone swords embedded into the ground. Perhaps these graves were made for valiant soldiers who protected the realm. The bigger the sword/gravestone, the greater their valor and sacrifice.
Hi Jerms, Fantstic video again. I'd love to ask for for an idea! I'm working on a survival island survival world where i've started on a tiny 10x5 island in the middle of a vast ocean. I'd love to build some very grand and medieval themed building, maybe a cliff island with a lighthouse or something, any suggestions?
Hey Jerms I love your videos and they inspire me a lot to build things in my own world. Quick Qestion, how do you get your clouds to look like that? I saw the same clouds a ton of other mc youtubers using and was wondering how i could get them.
Amazing work Jerms.

Would like to see that

Don't they also have a dual purpose of reducing the power of eddies when water leaves the bridge?
Ur world builds makes me feel like in an open world game cause it feels perfect in every way oike the terrain, building n like everything fr
I love those birds, such cool effect because it makes the whole build seem bigger and more alive.
A water wheel would fit perfect on the left house at 08:22 suns it’s right next to the creek also maybe some old wind mills could be installed since that’s part of the process of processing wheat , hope you like these ideas and I love the series !😊

I love so so much how your world is turning out im just so inspired by everything you build i wish you much success
If i remember correctly, the stone sword monuments are a reference to Berserk, and in that series they're monuments to previous battles or wars.
They're the same in Elden Ring. If you interact with them you'll get text describing some battle
With the ''gravestones'' that you're unsure about, I quite like the Idea of it being a Ghost summoning Alter, or some other paranormal being. I think that would work really well especially with the villagers close by selling the cursed books.

Jerm I think the thing that sets apart this area is the landscaping more than anything it’s awesome
Man, the area you have created is amazing and the birds effect out of candles is pure genius! Loving these videos!
You’re such a great builder! You make paintings you can explore. I LOVE all the videos.

Making custom banners is so crazy. Your creativity and commitment to this world is really impressive
You're literally an insane builder, so inspirational
I love watching MCYT videos and seeing someone do more building in one video than i will probably do in the entirety of my worlds lifespan
Hey. I think for the monuments/gravestones you could have them represent some sort of astronomy monument. Like, maybe they align with the stars in some ways and represent spiritual/astrological connotations, a bit like Stonehenge.
You actually blow me away with your lvl of skill… seriously it’s mental, I idolize you 🙌🏻
You never cease to impress me. You are truly one of the most talented builders on all of RUclips

14:20 i like that idea!
Really loving this world. That bridge is fantastic.
You could hide a flowing water source underneath the bridge into the creek.... for a bit of ambiance.
Fellow bdubs fan I see
@@Nathan-lk4iuI see bdubs likely inspires jerm as well.
@@Jo_mommah I’m sure, who doesn’t tho 😂

Dude those amplified structures are so sick! Lowkey motivating just looking at these fr
yesss I love inhabited bridges! They're so underrepresented in mc but soooooo common in actual medieval cities
Always love watching you're videos they always inspire me to go hop in a world and start building my heart out. Keep it up!
As a Swiss, i can see what you went for with these houses and I'm absolutely in love with them
those birds are no joke the most creative thing I've seen in Minecraft

THE HYPE for the city!!! finally! the dark souls place turned out amazingggg
Loving the houses along the bridge
The magic academy is one of my favorite survival builds of all time, the texturing, shading, and depth you have created is super impressive.
I think the swords being graves of unnamed warriors is a really cool concept.
you should make one of those big bird Vs with the candles, just flying in the middle of nowhere, i think that'd be a fine touch
This is truly amazing jermsy. You’re so talented!
It’s a cool build, I hope your channel continues to grow the community
So excited to see this city grow!
Always excited to see a new jermsy video!
I love the two houses that you built on the hill, I think you should build a dead tree in the costume forest you built last episode to make it feel like the forest has been there for a long time and is slowly growing old.
my wife is in labour but i told her to wait until i finish this video
You made the right choice
Top priority
Can confirm, I’m his wife
I’m the baby. Dad made the right choice
Omg the comments has a gradient
I just realize this world is 9 YEARS OLD and is basicly as old as your RUclips channel, that's what I call perseverance. Congrats

6:01 building a mill with a water wheel in that style along the creek would look amazing
3:25 Maybe they could be or you could add some shrines for travellers to light candles at to grant them safe passage?

Another great vid so cool to see the city start to be built
Let the 10 YEAR project BEGIN!!! :0
The graves/monument things could be to ward of spirits/ghosts or attract them.
This is amazing. I absolutely get Elden Ring vibes from your area!!!
22:15 lion? my brother, that is a bear

wow man just wow you are massively underrated. I love the birds

Candles for birds is so genius
I see you took inspiration from FitShaw with the house bridge. Nice iteration!
No idea who that is, this build has been in progress for over 2 years ruclips.net/user/livexfwBUZLrJgU?si=2m_b0NLORTQZqqoY&t=1h53m40s
Sooo cool with the custom models! Although I’d say the head looks more like a bear than a lion 😅 Cool nonetheless!
Babe
wake up, Jerm just dropped yet another masterpiece
30min gang, prolly my most favourite area/build ever
16:26 - Would you like to try adding the Eureka ships mod for this world?
Your buildings are so amazing geez
the little ruins could be monuments for ancient gods
whooaaaa i love the red city walls and the custom banners! you always cook jerm :D
Hey Jermsyboy, maybe you can make the birds fly in a V shape like when they migrate to make it more natural! Love your work btw ❤
I think a roaring lion would be a really good banner
Looks great Jerm!
The academy project is probably the best build on Minecraft I’ve seen, Great job 👍
Yeah this is rlly good
awesome build jerm!
I think it's about time for another world download😊
These swords are a homage to the autor of Beserk
