I really appreciate your videos man! I've been thinking about going lease operator with Schneider and your info is really helpful! I live in Illinois and was hoping I could stay regional in the Midwest, get home most weekends, and still make a decent living. If you do another of these videos could you show some Midwest freight? Also, what are you thoughts about how feasible this plan is? Thanks!
Honestly that’s one of the best areas. Illinois, Indiana and Ohio got the most loads coming and going. So it’s definitely possible to be home weekly. If I can get back to Florida weekly I know you’ll be able to out that way.
Thanks for sharing this is helpful. Quick question, are the rates being shown after Schneider’s cut or before? Just checking if that is rates to the truck or if Schneider takes out 35% after you accept those rates. Thank you
No problem. That’s after Schneider’s cut so what you see is what you get. I’m on the all in revenue board.

What’s going on Bro. I’ve been following you for a second and I’m coming to a point where I’m thinking about becoming owner operator as well with Schneider. I already work for them on a dedicated route. What all they look for when going through the lease program? Is it any particular person you know who can help me with a smooth process? I was thinking about going as an owner operator in dry van. Currently working as a tanker driver in schnider. How ridiculous to see such low price. I am shocked to see the price . Yea it’s rough sometimes but if you bundle up your loads good you can still get a good gross for the week. Really depends on the area you running.

Am also a tanker driver but to be OO on the tanker division. Why do want to switch?
I realized only a few are on the tanker, what is your view, do you think a tanker doesn't make as much as others?

I’ll have to look in my paperwork to see. It’s through the company so that might be why it’s a lot cheaper for me.
I saw some of those loads showing 6 stops... does that mean you're hitting up retail stores and unloading at several of those?
It might be stores or warehouses. Only thing sucks is you don’t know where you going until you book the load. They only show you city and state prior.

If there’s a trailer icon next to it then it’s a drop and hook.
I leased to Schneider but I did not paid to SFI can u pls tell me how is the work pls?
It’s been good. I gross between 5k/6k a week and I take a 34 hour reset each week

Yes you can. You can’t run east to west but if you go west you going to stay west.

If the trailer icon is there then it’s a drop/hook. If no icon it’s a live load.

Yuppp. I was originally going to go there myself. A lot of people complain about the loads here but I’d you patient and know how to run them it’s easy money.
I pull for J.B. hunt, it’s definitely more good paying loads to choose from.

My goal is to reach 5/6k each week with 3/4 loads. I don’t get tied up in the cpm. I’m not moving cheap loads either but being on the board you’ll adopt to what’s there.
