Where you live makes a big difference. I live half way between Chicago and Milwaukee, so I’ve got it made as far as available, nice paying loads. Never have to worry about getting out or getting home. 👍😎👍

This is the all in board . Shows the actual amount you get after fuel surcharge and Schneider's cut. But unlike the legacy board you don't know the base rate or fsc. I did ic with a new sfi cascadia in 19 same color as urs. I miss it!

A very good area
All those unconfirmed loads are loads they have under a company driver but if they can't get to it then it will turn confirmed for o/o. Seen that happen plenty times with them.
Damn. That makes sense. I be wondering why a lot of them never confirm.
thanks for posting man. it seems like these loads are pretty similar to the load boards on spot market in the different states. these videos are helping me decide whether i should come over to you guys or just keep contracting with this company on the spot market and dealing with the brokers (who seem to be getting worse as market conditions go down) . do you. get a fuel discount with their fuel card? also if you were to take a week off and didnt do any runs that pay period are you still charged liability insurance/cargo?
I’m sure you’ll still get charge those because it’s probably a monthly cost that they break down to weekly. I’ve personally never taken a week off so I’m not sure. Yes we get a discount but it fluctuates each week. This week I think it’s 33¢. Last week it was 40¢
The rates hopefully will go up in month or so I hear. This is my first three months in trucking after getting my cdl and peeps say Febuary is slow and rates are low.
Yea beginning of the year always the slowest. Once winter starts to come to a end things pick up. Stay safe out there.

Mondays and Tuesdays. I see the best which is normally when I book my loads. I check it daily just in case
Dude,,,, Is all Schneider freight run east of the Mississippi River , i'm out in the 11 western states,,or is there any freight coming out of NV,UT, AZ east to the mid west like Chicago
They have it but it’s mainly team fright that goes west. I’ve only seen a few loads going out west

Are your rates getting a lot better sent you made this video. Are you seeing 2 dollar a mile, plus when you see rate is that counting your fuel surcharge. And also does a iPad work just as good as a laptop for choosing loads
As long as you in the right areas a lot of them are over 2$. Fuel surcharge in that price. I believe the iPad the same but I’m not 100% sure I’ve never used one

Hearing some of those load prices... I'm sitting here like... I'm a company driver and making $0.77/mile. I can't imagine owning a truck and only making $0.95/mile

I’m not sure how the board is now but when I was there Ohio was a great area for loads.
Schneider are prime inc witch one is better for lease purchase
Prime is more down for the down payment and stuck govener to 65. You can make good money though. At least before when I was there

@marvinrobinson9289 depends on you boss. I make that at Schneider now and I made it at prime. There’s a lot of factors in that also.

Depends on the pay and the area. Furthest I’ve dead head here was 6 hours

Yes you can. I do it all the time. Yes normally I do m-f but sometimes I work more depends on the week

You wanna make 4k 5k net bring your truck where im at. 95% Drop Hook all direct freight. My worst yr. 180k net. Im avg .63 mile FSC every load. My out of pock fuel cost avg .07mile I get FSC on every load I pull. I never sit constantly moving even on weekends holidays. Everything is 24/7 Shipper Reciever. YTD FOR 2023. IM $45,247.50. NET. Or $60,330.00 gross. In 3 months .
I don’t ever sit either. I go home every weekend and still make 3k a week. That’s good enough for me. My days of driving all the time over. I did that at prime.

I appreciate your concern. If they fire me I’ll simply go somewhere else it’s not that big of a deal to me boss. I have a clean driving record and 8 years of experience. There’s other companies I can go to. I’m not trying to be invisible clearly that’s why I have a RUclips channel I also tag Schneider in every video so I’m not trying to hide by any means.
