I cannot even begin to explain how helpful this video was to me, a fully fresh beginner, it genuinely helped me understand both the Aeldari compositions and strategies so much. Really appreciate it.
Another glorious crusader! Our aim with these is to provide that base knowledge and let people go from there! We do need to do a few combination videos etc for some of the factions such as Eldar.
This was really cool! But as a fan of Aspect Warriors and Phoenix Lords. Is there a "themed" Biel Tan list, like what you did with Iyanden and Saim-Hann?
There is not at the moment. When the Aeldari codex comes out I will revisited this and run biel tan. I’m not researched on biel tan so can’t advise immediately. I do believe biel tan have a high number of aspect warriors though
@@narrativecrusades707 Yeah, I was just wondering what a decently priced starter list focusing on Aspect Warriors would look like. If that makes more sense.
@@KamenRiderGreed I think the start collecting is a solid bet. Striking scorpions have just been shown off to they would be a thematic and strong addition to get you toward 1000 points. Main issue is most the aspects are metal / old models so aim for the new plastic kits and you won’t go wrong mate!
You can’t go wrong with any of them. The xeno are better choices if you already have a marine army. Tau getting new releases soon Aeldari keep getting new bits to!
@@4TheLion don't bother, the rules are going to change and nerf the ones that are good at tournaments, but if you must know, Aeldari are always considered super strong, but they probably are going to be nerfed again. I started a Corsairs army not too long ago. Lots of jetbikes and Vypers. I mostly made if for 3rd edition, which involves me making a codex through backporting the forge world corsairs from 6th edition, but it should be mostly playable for 10th edition. My Baron ends up being a really odd Autarch. The really hard part is finding a decent recast or good stls for a Vampire raider and a Nightwing or 2.
Very nice video! Just so happens that some of my friend's are starting 40K with some of the armies you did starting videos (like SoB, Dark Angels and Chaos SM) and they like the options you give and the opinions on the matter as well as financial side to everything. Great work my man! When the Custodes one? Ive wanted to start a Custodes army but since 10th started is not the same way for start vollecting the army as it was in 9th. Woud appreciate tour point of view in the matter. Salutations from Chile!!!
It’s great to hear that you and your friends are getting good use from the videos, expect more from us! The custodies one is in progress as we speak as they are an army we have as part of our collections. The video will be out in the next week or less!
You're wrong on Stealth ability. Stealth = -1 to-hit versus range fire. You're thinking of Lone Operator rule which means you cannot be shot at from further than 12". but Warlock Skyrunners don't give that ability.
I went with Yvraine the boarding action box for the minis added the Yncarne and some harlequins, while it’s all kind of weak I like those models so it’s fine
had 5 scouts , 5 dire avengers in the garage plus a voidscared box , sold the guardian box before I changed my mind , just got a few bits from the club three metal phoinix lords,5 old jet bikes and a new farseer @@narrativecrusades707
Yeah I’d say so! Their armour would be the same as the rest of the craftworld the exception being the rangers cloaks would match the environment they operate in!
A bit ago, you made the video regarding the viability of using a Warhound in 2k point lists; what's your opinion regarding the Revenant Titan for Aeldari, since it's the same cost? (yeah, I know, not really a starter model, but just realized it here)
Much like the Warhound, A phanton could work as you say its a hell of a starting point. It comes down to can you field enough stuff for 900 points that can 1. score objectives 2. have decent staying power 3. can take out a target or two a turn. If you can achieve at least two of those then you should do alright with the beast!

i'd also encourage ppl to look into the classic metal eldar models, they have such a vibe. Collecting is problematic, but you can find them.
Defo love some of the metal warlocks and farseers arguably on par with the plastics!
Thank you for this insightful Eldar video! I'm working on my own craftworld and this has given me some guidance as to where to go next! 🎉
Thanks for this one. Helped one of my nephews to build a first functional list. Looking forward to include him in future campaigns 🎉🎉🎉

I’m trying to go for harlequins and harlequin themed wraith constructs. I’ll use a shadowseer as a spiritseer proxy
That’s a solid idea, I haven’t covered harlequins yet I don’t know if it’s too niche!
