So there's this drummer named Danny Carey...
For some reason, this meditation stirred up energy in my body. Made me tingle and itch all over, especially when you were on the gongs. It began in the 3rd, 4th and 5th Chakras and then moved to my head. Is that good? It was hard to sit through this one, but I endured to see the effects. It is 6 am.

That Tibetian bowl has something written in Bengali saying "Pari" no idea what that's supposed to mean.
It's a name, probably the person who owned it or made it. I have a bowl with 'mother' written on it in Hindi
