I stopped levothyroxine because of this. I was suffering of Hipothyroidism because of deep stress in all my body. I was not awared of that. With these videos i'm starting to learn the art of relaxation, the art of letting go and just be in the pure instant, pure space and sound. Al, I have extremely sensitive ears that easily hurt from high sounds....I have no problem with this recording. Which is making me think that you may want to try different headphones...some good quality, open headphones (a Sennheizer for about $100 is what I have)
@@videotranscribe1680 I use $300 Jabras. Everyone's ears r different I suppose. The real problem is more likely my ears are shot, so I have them up too loud. Enjoy!✌
