Grew up in Broward and been all over. Holly Hills is the best neighborhood in Hollywood IMO. Very large older quality built homes and the biggest yards! Lakes is nice too but very expensive. Think of Lakes like the residential areas of FTL Beach around Las Olas Blvd or South Beach around Alton Rd. It has that vibe

It's actually called Hollywood Broadwalk, not Boardwalk. I've been saying it wrong the entire time as well.

I lived on Stirling road right before 441 when they broke ground to build the first Seminole hardrock hotel and casino in would sit in my balcony and watch them as they built it. I moved shortly after Anna Nicole Smith was found dead in her suite. Moved to coconut creek spent 2 yrs there and moved back to Hollywood by young circle. I worked at the big glass building that’s right in the middle of presidential circle. I owned my house in downtown Hollywood. Loved going to Hollywood beach and John U Loyd beach in Dania.
I am actually looking for a house in Coral Springs if you can help me get a 3 bedroom for a decent price let me know
