Sincere condolences to the officer’s family and friends. Articles are describing him as a people person in the community. Said he was well liked. This Kenneth Lee Simpson guy is a real piece of work. According to various articles he has a history of drugs, weapons and assault charges going back to 16 years old. He lives in Eureka so be alert if you’re anywhere nearby. Police aren’t 100% sure he is in that house they have surrounded. It’s possible he got back home. I imagine he would be on the go ASAP. Who knows. I’m looking forward to News of his arrest or demise.

Criminals will always have the element of surprise on their side. Police can only use deadly force under certain conditions. But criminals have no rules. That's why all police shootings should be a capital offense.
I seem to recall them using deadly force when they want and saying "I am scared, so I get to go bang bang with boom stick". I agree, every cop should be charged with capital murder until proved innocent...every shooting, no exception.
I would be ok with that if officers didn't carry firearms. They could be in their trunk but not their hip. Then if they are fired on, its even more egregious.

Sincere condolences to the officer’s family and friends. Articles are describing him as a people person in the community. Said he was well liked.
This Kenneth Lee Simpson guy is a real piece of work. According to various articles he has a history of drugs, weapons and assault charges going back to 16 years old. He lives in Eureka so be alert if you’re anywhere nearby. Police aren’t 100% sure he is in that house they have surrounded. It’s possible he got back home. I imagine he would be on the go ASAP. Who knows. I’m looking forward to News of his arrest or demise.
