Thx for vid. I am nowhere near a mechanic. I did this myself and it was SO easy. Really anyone can do this without a lift. I think you overstated the complexity a lot. 👍
@@Biggun454 about a year ago I was working on a bike and I broke the bolt on the cylinder when I was putting the exhaust back on - a simple job turned into $1200 to remove the heads and the cylinder just to fix what I broke - ever since then, if the job calls for removing the exhaust, I take it to All American - if they break it, they can’t charge me to fix it I’m guessing it is my pet peeve
I fitted a Rekluse replacement slave cylinder. VERY easy and what a difference. The friction zone is buttery smooth and pull greatly reduced. Dead easy and easier than this yet achieved same Thx for video !
After putting a beefier clutch and heavy springs in my fat bob, I installed the Mueller power clutch and it made the clutch pull softer than stock. Worth every penny.
Great vid always cool seeing real work being done correct, sometimes it don’t hurt to spend the money once instead of twice 🤙🏾 those cat’s at All American I heard do some jam up work.
@@scottvance-n4n I broke a bolt, trying to remove an exhaust, even after heating it with the torch. I think it was gonna break regardless of what I did I ended up having to takeoff the head to drill out and tap a new bolt. I broke a bolt, trying to remove an exhaust, even after heating it with the torch. I think it was gonna break regardless of what I did I ended up having to takeoff the head to drill out and re-a new bolt. After that, I am just afraid of removing the exhaust system I did stage 2 myself Cam, oil pump, new lifters, new intake, new throttle body, CNC ported Air cleaner and exhaust If you know Jorge at All American Cycle, ask him if Ray Ray is mechanical
@@reymyla6685I ain’t laughing at dude Shit gets hot at the exhaust. Those studs aren’t crazy strong. Maybe use an induction heater on the nut/stud area first .. and or some of that spray that can loosen a nut
I will get you a part number as soon as I contact them on Monday actually Tuesday they are closed Monday for the holiday. I’m not sure if you can see the part number on the video. I will have to look at it - It does fit the 23 1/2 CVO and the 24 is the same even the non-CVO -
Pretty interesting. I have a 24 road glide and had bought the mueller easy pull. Bought it off of partsgiant which said it would fit but my bike shop said it wouldn’t work. Went on mueller web site and it said the one for the 24 road glide won’t be available until 9/24 so idk 🤷🏼♂️
I’d pay the 150 rather than 1500 if it went sideways. I hear that those power pulls can have issues with clutch not being fully depressed tho.. I wanted to put one on mine and my shop said nah man we had issues with those bc of not letting the plates open up enough.. Put in a AIM lockup .. it holds very well but I’m always in the back of my head cognizant of the fact that it’s easy to grenade a stock gearbox with one of those if u don’t respect it
Julio the man.. great job

Where did you buy it? Can you add link?
You guys know I'll try just about anything mechanical, I'm not taking off my exhaust 😂

I am waiting for someone to measure the "throwout" of harley clutch hub before and after installing the Muller.

Is the Muller part number 120-10?
@@NigelMellor yes yes, it is
Get a Soft Brake clutch lever.
Got a soft brake one on the way, hope it helps with my new clutch adjuster
You're not mechanical if you don't know that there's inch pounds and foot pounds. Just post videos about mods you pay for, it's ok😂
I can't pull my clutch anymore.
