You don't need that tool the clutches do not come out when you take the plate out
where did you get the highway pegs? Are those parts from multiple places?
@@TimMillstid all of them are flow Moto brand I am actually using passenger foot boards for my highway pegs I want something to be large in size
So you use a standard highway peg and then add it in the passenger pegs to them

Dang Rey rey I didn’t even see you recording this lol - Gio
@@lococubaa you can see I tell everybody Gio is camera shy - your bike is bad ass, bro There’s no way you can hide it - stop telling people you only have stage one LMAO
@@reymyla6685 HAHA thanks brotha. Exhaust and tune bro thats it!
@@lococubaa of course that is why when we came off the state road 84 ramp to US 27 S. It was as if I put my bike in reverse That is when I realize just how slow my CVO is
Your bike is faster, even standing still
Very nice guy ….. I have the same bike …. Similar build …. Nice looking friend!!!! Good luck Johnny Blaze
And I get were you are coming from I’ve got over 25 in extra’s on my 20 Street Glide.
Looks great . Just ordered mine . Like 4 to 8 weeks wait time .
@@thexnewyorker7284 they will surprise you with an earlier delivery date
@@thexnewyorker7284 go easy, removing your speaker lids - it’s very easy to break the clip I cannot stress the need to cover the front fender - if you don’t have a leather cover, use three or four towels - it is very easy to drop the Factory headlight and it weighs 160 pounds Not really, but it’s so bulky. It will slip right out of your hand and hit the fender. They don’t tell you that they send enough hardware for about five different configurations Also, the plugs that they send are not used unless you damage the plugs that are already connected to the lights I will try to take a picture of all the extra stuff, but I’m not sure if I can on this format/platform
@ thanks for the info . I’ve taken my light out already when I added custom dynamic windshield light . You think Harley put in enough bolts ? What a pain . I’ll post my vid when I get the lights in .
Looks bad ass,great video
❤ phenomenal Brothe...phenomenal
People go to dealers, because they can’t pay cash. Finance companies will not finance accessories. They will only go with book value.
The problem is….the used market is absolutely flooded with rides, SH, RG, Ultra’s …..sure people are asking higher $$, however, you see the ads, they’ve been up for 6-8-10+months cause sellers are asking too much for them. I get in 20-22 guys paid big money during CoVid….now they’re upside down big time. It’s funny (well not so funny to those selling) of an ad I was just looking at, where there was snow on the ground…from last year! They just drop and renew the ad, use the same pics from the old ad. Anyway, for sellers, thinking it’s just going to get worse before it gets better imho
hello REY. Where can we get the tool that you're using sir.
Bike looks great! What tires you running on the bsts?

Julio the man.. great job
Hey. Do you have a part number for the Coil cover and the red wires? I asked my dealer for them and they said they won’t fit my bike. (2024 Road Glide) Thank you!!!
@@DPGgliding if you go on the harleydavidson.com site - put in coil cover in the search - you will see it - it is made for the low rider, but it will fit any M8 engine
Hopefully you on. How do I remove the adapter from the plate?
@@FatandFuriousOne initially, you have to tap it lightly as you go around it it will begin to separate Do not force it - just be patient tapping with a small hammer or a rubber mallet or can you weigh all the way around and it will loosen Be careful not to damage the O-ring that is inside
@@FatandFuriousOne you can hear the screws rattling around Just be patient
@@reymyla6685there are no heads to there are the three screws that mount the adapter to the manifold, but how do I remove the adaptor from the backing plate, I left several messages for tman and have had not response.
@@FatandFuriousOne trust me, lightly tap with a hammer - You can also use a rubber mallet I used a small hammer I started tapping around in a circle, and kept tapping all the way around. This will cause it to separate once you see it separating softly keep tapping it. T-man told me to grab both sides and pull them apart Maybe Arnold Schwarzenegger can do it that way -
Ok. Will try it, lol
So where can I get that lil plate to hold the clutch in from when I change the pressure plate ?
2006 SE Fatboy, not an 07. I bought one new in 06
cool trailer, love it😆
You're doing great for just starting out. Your CVO looks bad to the bone. What do you notice most about the Carbon wheels?
@@markjaycox8811 the first thing I noticed is how light my wallet got… Ha ha ha ha Actually, the first thing that is noticeable is how easy it handles - I feel like I’m throwing the bike all over the place like a racer - hard to explain the feeling - and they are so easy to clean even the back wheel
Your trailer is totally set-up. The winch is a good idea. None of my Harleys have ever had a mechanical break down but I did have a rear tire blow-out. It was a little difficult getting it in the trailer.
Nice what size trailer is that? Also would 2 baggers fit comfortably?
@@floydclark6853 it is 7 x 12 - I can put two bikes in it. I have put both my road glides in it. It is a tight fit side-by-side - a little better if I stagger them - but one bike is perfect. I can walk around on all sides.
That’s a sweet trailer, I’m a little jealous.

Rey, I have a burning question for you. I just placed my order for a Thunderheader exhaust (x-pipe), a 30/30 cam and I’ll be doing a stage 2 on my 114 M8. Will I get that lope/chop similar to a S&S 475 cam? I am truly hunting for that chop, how do I get more bark from my exhaust? I’m in California; so our parts are limited but I’m trying to attain a heavy chop when idling. Any suggestions for me and options….
@@MrHavoc5252 well that cam will give you a significant chop sound - the thunderhead will complete the sound you are looking for - We get a lot of people here from California due to the pollution laws out there. The shops and dealerships are very restricted in California. The thunder header, I believe, even in California, will not have a cat - But you wouldn’t hear much of a difference even with a 475 cam because the thunder header is so loud You will be happy in the end Of course, if there’s anyway you can get it down here to All American Cycle, you would have a monster for the same cost, except getting it down here
Hard as Hell brother
I know you shipped over night, but I’ve bought a lot of stuff from Santoro. They seem to never be in a hurry to get the items shipped and they use the least expensive option. I have even had to remind them to ship my items after waiting a couple weeks only to find out they never even shipped. But the products are top quality and they are cool dudes.
@@1962egl I think the problem is they are very shorthanded - I put the address on Google maps and it looks to be a residential home with a big warehouse next to it - that means nothing but anybody can get a CNC machine - and I spoke to the owner personally - they have all of their own machinery. The only thing they outsource is powder coating - he told me that if he couldn’t get it to me in time for Daytona Biketober fest - he would take them and install them for free - I am hoping and praying that we have this event - there’s a hurricane heading this way

Where did you find the clutch plate tool that keep the clutch stable when removing pressure plate?
@@matthewpickens7681 they don’t sell that It comes with a racing clutch system Basically, I saw what it does and I built it I purchased a piece of 1/4” thick 1X12 aluminum stock at Home Depot - I cut 2 1/2 inches long
@@matthewpickens7681 sorry I hit send instead of enter - so I purchased a piece of 1/4 inch stick 1” x 12” aluminum stock - then drilled two holes in it - I tapped it with the same size and thread of the primary cover bolt - I spaced the holes about an inch and a half apart I used a stainless steel bolt on the bottom that is 2 inches long and then one of the Primary bolts to hold it in place Screw in the Primary bolt tight and then slowly screw the stainless bulb until it touches the clutch assembly Your clutch won’t move
@@matthewpickens7681 if you have someone that can help you, all you have to do is hold in the clutch by hand until you start the three bolts There is no danger of it coming out after that
Ok I scroll down and seen my answer to my question
Can you hold clutch lever in with tape?
Kind of painful to watch. Not sure I learned anything from watching. Definitely didn’t see anything.
All American is top notch. I enjoy watching George get down.
I love that new filter and wish I had one like the one you took off
Nerve racking watching those bolts getting torqued....Cant believe they did't brake... Looks good, had that air cleaner before, gets on the way of your right knee way too much...Hard to brake but looks great. 👍👍👍
I totally agree with your video Rey. A prior RGS that I had got work done to it at All American Cycles. Daniel was the mechanic and did a phenomenal job. I’m from NYC. When I brought the bike home, I got a lot of offers for it. Eventually, I sold it. Jorge and the guys are top notch mechanics, and the customer service is great. Hopefully they’ll do the work on my future 2024 CVO.
Nice build 👌 👍🏿
Great video Rey. I love that shop seeing all the guys. i’m definitely thinking of stage two on my cvo st next year next spring with All American.
Great, thanks
Bike is looking amazing
I fitted a Rekluse replacement slave cylinder. VERY easy and what a difference. The friction zone is buttery smooth and pull greatly reduced. Dead easy and easier than this yet achieved same Thx for video !
Thx for vid. I am nowhere near a mechanic. I did this myself and it was SO easy. Really anyone can do this without a lift. I think you overstated the complexity a lot. 👍
@@Biggun454 about a year ago I was working on a bike and I broke the bolt on the cylinder when I was putting the exhaust back on - a simple job turned into $1200 to remove the heads and the cylinder just to fix what I broke - ever since then, if the job calls for removing the exhaust, I take it to All American - if they break it, they can’t charge me to fix it I’m guessing it is my pet peeve
Does the windshield block more wind than the factory?
@@chrisnation7413 yes it does because of the curve at the end - but I also found that if you grind down the plastic where the lever goes up and down to redirect the airflow, you can get a better adjustment - I plan to do a video very soon It’s a simple mod with a Dremel
Nice vid Ray! It’s a dream of mine to take my 24 there for stage 2! Hopefully I can do it this year. I’m about 18 hrs away, Huntsville, AL
