CORSA VXR GETS BACKBOX DELETE *CRAZY LOUD*

Welcome back to Shifting Gears, in todays video we take the Corsa VXR down to Black Country Exhausts to get a backbox delete. We had an issue with the backbox where the car lost power and did not sound right. The exhaust problem was solved and the sound also improved making the car louder and a lot more aggressive.

Sounds really good. Only thing I hate about the VXR or OPC is the soft limiter. Do you know if it can be deleted or removed?

Appreciate it, you might have to go to a remap company they will be able to remove it

The triangular exit is the one but that flutter sound is sick what air intake is that i use a cheap ram air one 😅

It’s an AEM induction kit, I also have a dump valve on it

Sick video guys ! i have question.... i bought a back box delete exhaust the other day for my Seat leon 1.6 tdi mk2 2012 from a company called Pipe Dynamics i had it fit today but when i drove from the garage to home it sounded stock like how i bought the car originally... im not sure do you know why?

I’m not 100% sure it’s best if you take it back to them and see what they say, most times you need dpf removed if you want it louder on a diesel car 👌💯
