Can’t wait to see the end result for this build
got a long way to go 🔥
Your links in the rear look really close to the wheel. I could be wrong . Also what about a panhard bar to keep it center ? If you did a triangulated 4 link you wouldn’t need a panhard bar . Also axle housings are usually made from cast iron , you should clean the axle really well and use either a tig or gas shielded mig welder and preheat the axle weld area to around 400-500 degrees then weld it and put it in a blanket to slowly cool . That gives you the best chance of those welds holding . I would never use flux core due to the porosity. It’s going to look good no doubt but you want it to be safe.
Badass bro.
Wow! Love the Content!!
This fire 🔥🔥
Looking good bro keep it up brotha 💯👌
Finally another video💪🏽
working on another as we speak ! 🫡
Your bar brackets on the rear diff.... Look like they are not going to leave much space for wheel/tire off set... I think I would have pushed the bars closer to the frame simpy for a deeper wheel... But.. I'm waiting to see the final product... Keep the video coming! Great work so far!
Appreciate it man, the bars are actually only spaced 2 inches from the frame and about an inch more inboard from the factory leaf spring. Better would have been placed inside the frame rails but didn’t want to do a fuel cell.
As far as your spindles go, they are the same on the 454SS trucks.
nice thanks for the info brotha!
I would consider welding in gussets on the square tubing for strength...but looks awesome bro
Appreciate it bro we definitely are, we just wanted to get it mocked up and fitted right. Thanks for the suggestion though it’s always welcomed.
Did that kit come with the spacers on both sides of the heim joint or did you get those separate? Its not listed in the kit
No it didn’t, we bought them separately.
The goat 🐐 be waiting on them uploads 🙏🏻
hell yeah brother imma keep them coming! 🔥
Been waiting for the obs 🙏. Hope you blow up bro, posting bangers consistently🔥
Yessir bro it’ll come! 🤞
Do you know what length your four-link bars are what I'm seeing are 24-inch but they could be 30 in
Yeah they are 24 inch.
What if you needed to shorten your rear end?
Like shorten the width of the rear end? Then you could move the four link inboard of the frame, but you would then need to run a fuel cell because you would mostly like need to remove the original tank.
You're like my bf.... I bet the HOA loves you. Lol
No HOA here lol..
panhard bar ?
Will be installing one, just didn’t get to it in the video.
wheres the part 2 !!!!!
