    That was a joy to watch, Mike! (From 0:57 to 10:25 was painful but the rest was great.) I’ll be watching to see where this project goes and to make sure you don’t slack in posting videos. 😊

      I used this same kit for my 56 Chevy truck. I wish my kit came with shock mounts. I had to make my own bat wings on the side of the frame. It’ll be interesting to see how you roll with this kit.

      @@79_Trucker Im getting ready to set the cab on the frame to mock up engine and trans mounts. I want to get as much weight on the frame as possible before installing the rear suspension. How are you liking the kit so far?

    The real question is, how do each of the 6 possible triangulated designs compare, specifically in roll centers, roll steer, and anti-squat/anti-lift?
    1. bottom parallel, top triangulated at chassis
    2. bottom parallel, top triangulated at axle
    3. top parallel, bottom triangulated at chassis
    4. top parallel, bottom triangulate at axle
    5. both triangulated, top at axle, bottom at chassis
    6. both triangulated, top at chassis, bottom at axle
    Not to mention whether you use rod ends, bushings, or some special joint like a johnny joint and whether they're welded perpendicular to the links, or perpendicular to the chassis/axle and how that does or doesn't affect roll bind vs bump bind and NVH values.

      @@intheshoptv I recently read that top parallel, bottom triangulated (called a Satchell link) is really good for having no roll-oversteer AND a fair bit of anti-squat, as well as a low roll center (all good for a sports car). They specifically said to triangulate the lowers at the chassis, but I couldn't get any concrete answer as to why and/or how it would make a difference (specific to the Satchell link triangulated lowers or in general) having the triangulation at the chassis vs the axle. Though I suppose having the uppers triangulated at the chassis could cause more cabin intrusion and make a back seat more difficult to keep.

      @@Drunken_Hamster While Ive seen that once or twice and thought nothing more than “hmm thats interesting”, I never knew it was called a “satchell link”…. Now Ive got more reading to do😊

      @@intheshoptv Yeah, Satchell Link is triangulated lowers with parallel uppers. Though again, the reading I've done seems to prefer triangulating it at the chassis and having all the links "wide" on the axle side.

    Yeah I have a 1970 chevy C10 sits on 22/24 x 12. trailing arms in 2 drop block. It looks awesome but it Rides like shit. What would you recommend I use to make better dude quality.. I don't want bags either

      Is it one of the c10’s with leaf’s or the standard coils? Also, did you change your shocks?

    I got it just fine, but then I was great at math in school. I got an A in geometry, so I guess it is easy for me to understand it.

      Yep its not rocket science. Once it was all explained to me, it all made sense. I loved Aaron’s @GarageFab little model though. And I think things like that are so cool, especially for visual learners.

    Thanks a lots........NOW I KNOW THE BIG WHY............why and what a panhard bar does..........BIG THANKS FOR THE EXPLAIN.......Can this kit be set with airbags?.......By the way, your hair looks great but if you looking for some shine pork lard works great too.....side effects include cancer though...........specially if you live in California.

      Everything causes cancer in California. I could not even order some K&N oil filters that were on sale at Rock Auto, because they cause cancer in California, and Rock Auto did not have the paperwork to tell me this, so they could not sell them to me.

    What coil overs did you order for that kit?

      Going with afco’s street rod series. Prob 140lb. Need to install the 4 link first so I can see if that length works or if I need to go another route
