I started a routine of waking up @4am, go to the gym, come home take a shower, eat, and do whatever else I needed or wanted to do. It felt great to do. But I fell off and haven’t been to the gym in 2 weeks and I’m trying to lose weight. Trying to get my routine back and back on this journey. Thank you for these vids man

2:58 Facts !! Storytime : I walked to the store to go get tub plugs . Walked to FOUR different stores to find out it was at a store that I had passed up. There was literally a sign with an ARROW pointing towards the store . But moving too fast trying to get to my destination , I missed it . Goes to show we delay ourselves by being all in our heads . When the answer to our problems could be right in front of us . How ironic is that ? 😭🙏🏾

I work 7p-7a so I eat at all times during the night I used to try not to eat after 11 but with my work schedule it’s hard to regulate my circadian rhythm but it definitely leads to mucus dysfunction

My husband and I were at SPROUTS in Apopka Wednesday buying our fresh fruits and veggies to juice and I thought I saw Phil but I wasn't sure my husband is a HUGE Florida State fan and we were unsure to approach or not. Also, you don’t put covers on your iphones? I always get a cover and glass protector. If you get your phone fixed at the mall place, it could void any warranty you have. Apple can tell😅. I want to get the 15 too, just worried about the over heating I’ve been hearing
