Early in our relationship, my ex kept pressuring me to send him nude photos or videos to his phone. That made me extremely uncomfortable and I told him so. Well, that was just one of many red flags. However, because he and I had history and dated in our early twenties, it was quite difficult for me to realize he could have changed so much. We are now 60 & 62 and dated for 4 years. After the devaluation began, he became the most hypersexual, disrespectful, controlling, manipulative, cruel, vulgar and violent person I had ever known. He liked sex and violence together and I could not tolerate or partake in those types of behaviors. Our relationship ended after he woke me very early one morning to tell me he had been thinking if he should kill me or not, though I was fortunate to have not lost my life. He also stated to have killed before and would do it again. Needless to say, I made my exit plan out of there and have a permanent protective order against him.
Boy, do I have a story about this! My ex tried and tried to turn me out! I mean he wanted me to be a prostitute so he could reap the monetary rewards! What a pimp wanna be! He tried to talk me into "having sex" with stranger's. He tried to coach me on how to do it because I had no idea. This is something that was TOTALLY against my shy and quiet nature. I didn't know it at the time, but I'm autistic and narcs have a field day with my kind. I eventually did what he wanted me to. I "came on to" a complete stranger who I got along with much better than my sex narc and we hooked up and I left the narc freak. Thank God! AND, yeah, he thought that he was irresistible to women, HA! Ugly, mormon looking white guy with a really fat preggo belly and knocked knee's like a fat boy, so totally not attractive. My new friend was tall, blonde, handsome pilot that drove a red Stealth. It kinda backfired on the mormon look alike.
@lockylique Too late, I have children, it went horribly, I couldn't bond with them. Thanks for your concern. I wish I would have known that I was autistic all this time. It would have been great if I came from a supportive family, but I didn't. I was the scapegoat and hated for my diversity. I experienced that hatred, and still do, from narrow-minded people, mostly narcissists who criticize other's who are not like them. I can't and won't mask and I upset plenty of people when I can't put on an act in social situations and I say or do something worthy of criticism. My children know that i am on the spectrum and forgive me because now it all makes sense, the way I am. I have had a very difficult life. Especially when people with faults of their own they haven't acknowledged or dealt with put on their mask and act like they're perfect.
My ex narc is a sex and porn addict. He collected info, took my past traumas and used those to manipulate me into situations that made me feel degraded. Over time, I allowed things to happen because it became the only time he seemed to show affection toward me. It became part of the trauma bond.
Mine was the same way… but even going further… his f-ed up brain twisted reality and started thinking I was doing porn and cheating on him bc I no longer wanted to sleep with him. His behaviors turned me off and all I wanted to do was sleep. Our relationship became violently abusive and I finally left him
My ex husband is a sexual Narcissist as well as a violent one. You are so right, leaving is the best thing when you are in this type of relationship, it will strip you of your self worth. Thanks for sharing this good information.

I lived with a fragile covert narcissist for 31 years. Those periods of abstinence and silent treatment is just part of their abuse. It’s crushing and only stopped when I ended the relationship. Hardest thing I’ve ever done. The trauma bond was intense. I suggest you get professional help and find you without the person causing the pain. No contact saved my life.

I was young and didn't understand and I heard ALL the excuses of "I'm sick, I hurt down there, etc.". It was all a lie as I had her to every doctor, except a psychiatrist.... There wasn't anything wrong with her. I was celibate basically for 25 years. Then she started doing it to manipulate me further. Glad all that's ending and I can't wait to heal and find someone that isn't a evil, empty person.

You just described my ex! The sex was great for 2 years, until we had a kid... and while I was pregnant decided to cheat on me. I believe that he was actually engaged in prostitution, as the prostitute. If we didn't have sex for one day he would get prissy on me.
My wife became like this after she gave birth and her mother and brother were in her ear (both narcissist). She seeks out women and men and she is juggling multiple personalities. Absolutely insane. I’m taking her to mediation and high tailing it out of here.

She was beautiful and smart and swept me off my feet. Literally. Olympic sex until one day, without explanation, it was over. I'm a great provider but have AvPD. I just can't leave.
