Good tips. I am bookmarking this video for the wife to view as well. Over the past few years, we have invested quite a bit in professional landscaping, looking forward to when we sell and creating better curb appeal. My wife is diligent in keeping the house inside smelling and looking clean and fresh. We are at present going through everything in our home, doing a serious declutter, selling, donating, and trashing a lot of 'stuff'. We just replaced the heat pump HVAC system in our second floor with a new ductless mini-split system. Most likely here in 2022, we are planning to replace the 30+ year old Formica kitchen counters with quartz. The kitchen cabinets are Oak and because my wife treats them with a special oil every year, they look like new despite being 32 years old. Here in the next year or two, I will be bringing in a drywall guy to address any cracks and blemishes in the walls and ceilings and then repainting everything. No wallpaper. Most of the wall-to-wall carpet has been removed and replaced with a faux hardwood looking 7 in x 4 ft vinyl strips. My wife likes it because it is easy to clean and holds up to wear and traffic. The only remaining carpet is; bedrooms and the stairs and second floor hall, which were replaced a few years ago. The only original flooring is ceramic tile in the entrance foyer and the attached half-bath.

@@RonHaymanSr I see these homebuyer turnoffs too often and in this seller’s market the homes sell at a loss. 🤦🏻‍♀️
