@@EviePharmacist Just the last two flus I had (in 2020 and now this one I currently have), but not when I had covid in 2022. I'm 32 and rather healthy. So strange that I have it when no one in my family gets it. 🤔 What about taking antibiotics? I took amoxicillin 2 weeks to treat tonsillitis. I've been getting back to back flus/colds since late July and yet I got the flu shot in May. Strange.
@homershimshon4172 antibiotics are definitely one of the main culprits! It might be worth taking probiotics to restore some of that good bacteria. Unfortunately the flu shot isn’t 100% effective (some years it is more effective than others) and also doesn’t prevent a cold. 🥶
You can certainly use this (diluted correctly) as a short term treatment if you have it at home but I wouldn’t use it long term as it’s a general antiseptic so will kill the yeast but also kills all other bacteria so may alter the flora in the mouth. 🙂
Thank for watching!!! This is still a new channel so if you have any feedback good or bad please feel free to comment 🙂
I think you are doing a great job explaining these medical topics. Thank you
Thank you ☺️
Thank you so much, this was the best information I have found on RUclips!
I’m so glad it was helpful 😃
I have oral thrush when I get the flu. Is it the fever or the dry mouth causing it?
I would say probably a combination of having a weakened immune system and dry mouth. Does it happen every time?

@@EviePharmacist Those damn ABs. I knew I shouldn't have taken them. Anyway, you've been so helpful Evie. Thanks. ☺
What about hydrogen peroxide?
