Fascinating! I get vaginal yeast infections now and then, and have a mild coating on my tongue. I never really thought of it as much of an issue. Thanks for the insight!
Dr. B, great stuff, thanks. My candida party may last 2/3 days, after drinking alcohol, eating pastry and plenty of sugar. To fight it I jog twice a day, 12/15 min, on the carpet, nasal breathing. I keep my mouth shut at night and scrape the tongue in the morning. Flexibility, no weight lifting.
My ENT doc ordered CT. Results : brain still ok, root canal issues.
Can you do a show on how to find a local functional dentist? It seems there aren’t any where I live. TYVM for this information. I do not eat any processed foods or sugar. Interesting on the symptoms. I heard B vitamins help to fight off fungal infections etc. Thanks again.

I have been romove one of my teeth operation and i buy choloxidine use it only 3 days i got mouth burning and white Tongue maybe Candida i used Nystatin but nothing still burning 3 weeks now
I have Lichen Planus; is that considered a yeast infection?
I used multiple antibiotics because of a tooth that kept getting broken from a molar that grew in my 20's. i've never been the same since. and recently after getting covid my mouth was destroyed. My mouth blead every night and my teeth have gotten smaller. how do i stop this? the bleeding has stopped but now my spit is gross. i'm in my 30's
6-10 grams of xylitol daily, and after food.
Scrape the tounge.
Tape the mouth at night.
Brush "properly".

When you say to stop using oral health products for 6 weeks, does this include toothpaste (brushingteeth, flossing) ??? If yes and there is improvement after 6 weeks, then what? Thanks.

Sadly, the answer is, you probably don’t. But it appears you’re pretty aware - keep looking for your own health care, if you know what I mean
