Tamarind garlic shrimp actually sounds like an amazing combo.
That tall, cold glass of shrimp water really made me have to pee.
I think by fish "purifying" water, they mean eating small animals like native shrimp species that would either compete with or prey on the farmed shrimp. by "plancton", they mean zooplancton, not microscopic algae and microorganisms and such, because tilapia are not filter feeders.

Thanks for the clip. I cannot say I am thrilled about eating this kind of shrimps anytime soon, I prefer those from Northern Atlantic (Iceland, Norway or Sweden's west-coast) for their natural taste.
