Jill, I am not sure how I can fall in love with you even more but, I do. Your soul is so precious. Thank you so much for sharing your life with us. This is a special video. Very inspiring. I've already been planning Christmas for next year and my theme is upcycled pieces that mean something like little containers with strikers on the bottom to hold matches or Homemade food items like Vanilla, jerky, salt or spice blends. Plants from cuttings I have. Succulent gardens because I grow a lot of succulents. But, just things from my heart next year.
I don’t know how I came across your channel, but your message was definitely something I needed to hear. I definitely need to be intentional with my self. The past 4 years have been the toughest in my 73 years. Loss of my dog, our first dog that was truly mine, Covid and all the ramifications, my youngest daughter diagnosed with cancer and all she went through to get into remission. My oldest daughter going through a terrible divorce, they have 5 children. My Mom passing from cancer and 90 days later my “baby” brother also passing from cancer. The stress was almost unbearable causing me to have terrible anxiety and daily headaches. I have not been there for myself or really for my family. So, your message today hit home with me and I thank you for giving me the desire to move forward, the intention to join in my life again🥰
You’ve been through so much, and I’m so sorry for all that you’ve experienced. I’m sending you love and strength. Your health and strength is important to your family members
You are a gem! Haven't taken time to listen for many months, but thoroughly enjoyed your vlog as I cooked freezer meals for gifts today. Thank you. Love your heart 💗
This was so precious Jill. I have done home made intentional gifts for years. Being able to grow foods, herbs and flowers has made that possible abd special. This year I am not so well and bought books but hand painted watercolour cards and book marks instead. Making gifts can be a personal re-charge, in my experience, if we can drop the stress.
I do enjoy giving as well. I actually took a bunch of my dried herbs an spices with some dried fruits I did an made home made tea baskets ❤❤❤found some cute little cups and honey sticks whoooola!
That is my style of gift giving. Homemade Jelly from hand picked fruit, knitted or crochet items is what I have been giving for many years. It gives me as much pleasure to give my homemade gifts as it is for the friend who receives it. Thanks for the reminder. I have had no luck with making sour dough. Have done step by step and it just doesn't work for me.
It is so rewarding to give something you’ve made from the heart! Don’t give up on the sourdough. I have a course that will have you baking in a week school.thewhisperingwillowfarm.com/sourdough
