I have done Infared lights or therapy as well..I guess on of the perks of getting older and going thru life you have done along of things for you health ..I do also have a very short clip of an alternative way as or maybe an addition to that..they can be expensive..The one Jill is using is a very good brand..as well....I luv Infared it just does something not only physical but mental as well..Patricia..Thank you Jill for sharing the things that not only help you but others as well!
I really struggled with the postpartum season after my second baby. She’s 2 now, and I still struggle with finding me time. If I wake up very early, I’m worn out by 9:00am. So, I’m happy to join this challenge. 🙂
This is soooo important! I am in my early 60s with grown kids, 4 of them and I could have used this infirmation. Moms really taje time iut for yourselves ... your family will benefit!!
Great message. I have 4 grown kids. When I was pregnant with my second child, we were stationed at Guam. I was seen on base, but I had an amazing doctor. Every visit, he took the time to talk one on one to both my ex and me. He talked about parent burn-out. He also talked about how important it was to take some time alone without kids, even if it is only 5 to 10 minutes. He said even if it is just sitting on the porch alone or taking a walk. He was so right.
So glad I already have lifetime access to the course to take advantage of the updates. Love the video - can't hear it very well but I'm watching nonetheless.
I love showing the meals you are making. I would love to see a what you eat in a week type video. As we plan next years garden,it’s always inspirational to see how someone else uses different veggies or can inspire to grow one we usually don’t.
I love this so much! I wish I knew these things for myself when i was young. I was so good with my first child taking care of myself but over the years of 3 more kids and adoption of a few teenagers I lost myself. I loved being a stay at home mom. But I’m definitely teaching my girls starting their own families that self care is the most important because you are able to give them the best of yourself.💚 I love that these topics are now being talked about. Thank you so much for sharing 😇
I had some amazing sourdough pancakes with maple syrup and a nice cup of my medical coffee it was so good and my dog Mollie had a pancake and some coffee too..she is strange in that she does not eat sometimes unless she has coffee and she is 5 years old..a rescue Border collie /healer and medicinal mushrrom are good for dogs do so it was soo good..I have a different slant on my pancakes from those recipes I have seen..sorta of made it my own..Patricia
@@WhisperingWillowFarm yes she is very unique never had one like her before..forgot medicinal mushroom coffee..I usually have Boston Terriers but my last one passed in April..I miss her alot
it looks like RUclips created a new language feature, unfortunately it doesn't give me the option to turn it off, I will have to reach out and see how to get it fixed, thanks so much for brining it to my attention.
@ okay, yeah I went to your link and was reading about it there. I was interested in getting one and then read that-I’m also breastfeeding so I decided against getting it at this time.
@@WhisperingWillowFarm let me know in a video or comment what comes of that research. I’m sure others would love that content too. Would be interesting, I’m sure.

Thanks Patricia! I agree - it’s a great feeling to find things that benefit your well-being.
Love that bread lesson book! That is awesome!
I know! It’s my favorite.
Great reminder to take care of yourself, but also enjoy the loud the littles grow up quick and then the quiet can be very quiet.
So true!

I love this idea! I can really use this season of rest. Last night I made a roasted pork and winter squash stew. It was lovely.

It says on the lume website to not use it while pregnant or lactating. Did you know that? If so, Have you studied why they say that?
