The comics : Kang can’t be touched
The movie : Kang is beaten by some ants.
I dunno. Kang was trapped in the Quantum Realm for decades without much of his original weaponry or technology in the world he came from. The ants were advanced thousands of years in the blink of an eye and could build technology matching Kang's. Not only that but they numbered in thousands when attacking, it wouldn't make sense if Kang didn't lose. But Kang didn't lose there, he was sucked into his device by Scott's Pym particles.
@@DA-bn9ny plus, he was banished to the quantum realm for a reason, i think the quantum realm deeply weakens his abilities, making it so he was nerfed 10 fold for the movie.
thats another reason why he wanted to get out.
And how don’t we know Kang was beaten by ants on purposes to further his plot… you can’t think in linear terms with KANG ..even when u think he’s defeated it was all a distraction and apart of the plan at Large

The Avengers fighting against Kang is the equivalent of a bunch of medieval knights fighting against a modern day Military Chopper.

My first memory as a kid of the character was buying the secret wars figure in the 1980s I'm happy to know that around four decades later he'll be more well-known now than ever after the new Ant-Man film 👏
He's like Darkseid, a guy with a lot of time, and can just wait for the first generation of hero's to die or just go all out, most of these all powerful guys just play around because they are board or want to find a decent fight then go home when mildly satisfied for the day

No he looked really OP. He tanked punches from Antman in his giant form. The punches that killed Thanos’s Leviathan in on hit. He took an entire rebellion, the antman family, and an entire swarm of house sized ants that are more technologically advanced then our own US military, and he still kept on fighting.

8:06 that’s not kang’s trophy room. That’s Maestro’s trophy room from The Incredible Hulk: Future Imperfect. In fact, you can see Kang’s destroyed helmet as one of the trophies in the top right corner of the room
Kang the conqueror is such an interesting villain and he will surely be a very powerful threat our heroes will face. Plus Quatumania is airing in my country today February 15.
My favorite Kang moment is when he lost to a bunch of ants.

Remember, Kang can see the future so that means losing battles on purpose can make that future happen. He defeated the Avengers, but lost to Antman. That itself seems abit off and to confirm it Scott asked himself this question at the end of the movie. "What if stopping him made things worse?"
I hope that they make Kang’s powers comic book accurate I’m so hyped for the new movie can’t wait to watch it on Thursday
They(Disney) fucked him. They need to go back to Marvel being it's own studio. Disney has Marvel and Star Wars with an already successful fleshed out source material but had consistently dropped the ball with the most recent installments. With all that money why don't have competent passionate writers and producers????
The super genius and most powerful Kang, that has conquered and destroyed entire timelines, created the TVA, not just defeated but killed many avengers, and has subjugated the greatly feared quantum realm is stopped by Ant-Man who is nothing more than a common man in a size adjustment suit. It doesn't make any sense and is just crap. I don't mind Kang underestimating Ant-Man and running into a bit of trouble for the sake of entertainment but when you make him lose and kill him when not even the other Kangs could defeat him to the point that only the quantum realm can hold him as prisoner in exile you are just throwing ideas at the wall and collecting a check.
@@seedking40 they need to really explain how good antmans armor is. For some reason the movie acts like his armor sucks when hes small. Getting the helmet cracked by a kick, but he goes big and just tanks hundreds of lasers like its nothing. And yet, kangs armor is destroyed by ants lol

He has always been below Thanos. But one writer wanted him to beat thanos. So he does. So now people will use that to say he is more powerful.
He is advanced. But is he any more advanced than other words. Kree? Shiar? He has a time machine. Doom does too. Reed has too. Its just he comes from the future to conquer/bully less advanced worlds.
I have always been a huge avengers fan. So seen him a lot. Not a big fan of his. He usually is not wrote well. Very inconsistent. He will be made more powerful again since the movie is coming out. Then it's on to the next person.

Tactician, Clever, Ruthless, Military Strategist, there's no words to describe how Dangerous Kang The Conqueror is. I need to read more on Kang. Any Reading Recommendations?
Kang Dynasty omnibus, for sure. It's a bit bloated with a bunch of hero side quests, but what a story. There's also a Kang the Conqueror series that came out in 2021 by Kelly, Lanzing, Del Mundo, and Magno.
Young Avengers 1# to 5#, (2005) is where kang has a great storyline in it.
All great recommendations, another one is Avengers Forever x I want to say All new, All different marvel Avengers Vol.1
And they wonder why I placed Kang in the top 3 biggest threats in the MCU to date. He is going to conquer alot of worlds.

They should be an established foundation of the JUSTICE LEAGUE. Their powers should have been updated and leveled up for one twin to be able to turn into ANY INANIMATE OBJECT & the other twin can turn into ANY ANIMATE OBJECT. What do you think?

He says that he planted tech in the early 20th Century and furthered 21st century technology by going to the past and changing things around…he’s the reason why Tony stark has time traveled in the first place..(see victor Timely), he also was the one who invented the 10 rings technology in the 31st century and left it in the past ..he was defeated many times but his lost was always connected to the past or future events …it’s insane…how Over powered KANG really is… I just hope the MCU Shows this next time..if you RUclips “Avengers Assemble- Kang shows Avenger the future” you’ll see the only thing that could knock him off that chair was Ants from Antman lol

I'm wondering if the movie & multiverse means we'll possibly see the Anachronauts . Kang the Conqueror's handpicked commandos, the greatest warriors of all the ages, Kang was the only man to have defeated them in battle, and thus they swore loyalty to him as the Anachronauts. Deathhunt 9000, Apocryphus, (son of Sersi), Raa, Sir Raston (ancestor to Dane Whitman the Black Knight), Ssith, Tyndar, Wildrun. With the Eternals and the Black Knight in the MCU and with the Kang Dynasty and Secret Wars coming I wouldn't mind seeing this group.

Imagine they ended Ant man 3 with a scene where scott or wasp or hank pym or literally anyway is already a duplicate and the real one is trapped in Kang's trophy room. This does make kinda scenes since they got secret invasion...and Fury finds out there are duplicates on earth..but they are not the alien race.
