That car is my Droolers Delight! Loved it when they started building them again. I do like the pre refresh design better though and hive me a carbon fiber wing too! Soundtrack is SAVAGE!
Always loved Jaguar’s ever since I was a youngin watching the original Equalizer TV and McCalls Jaguar XJ6 Vanden Plas. That was the epitome of class to me , killer hood ornament. Later in life I had an opportunity to enjoy a week driving a friends 2012 Convertible XKR Supercharged 5.0 V8 510 hp and it was a good time in that big beast, beautiful car and it was sweet deal at the time too. Always loved Jaguars , I still do ! Thanks for the review of a new Jag stunner
This F-Type is one of the best redesign in my opinion. And the colour is looking beautiful too 😄 I would go for this one especially in this colour or black-out the whole car 👍🏼

My grandad still has that E type in his garage that he bought when he was in his 20s, it's scratched and is in a bad condition but it still is much more beautiful than any other car that you can see. I asked my grandad once when i was young, he said when he'll be on his way to heaven, he wants me to restore that Beauty if it's body still remains intact and I want to restore that beauty but not very soon
Well.....they have some cheap materials and lacking features in alot of their models and honestly their sedans should have some suped up trims like the f pace and f type
my I got my first job a little cash, my first car after was an old Jag. I loved it. If you have a jag you feel good when you drive it, it's just how it is.
The 2021 is still very nice but compared to the previous F-Type model years, I feel like they tamed the exhaust a bit too much. One thing that made the F-Type R special was that maniacal exhaust note with its insane crackles and pops.
It's not Jaguars fault. The OPF filters required throughout Europe is what kills the exhaust sound. Jaguar does a better job than most manufacturers. I can assure you, in person, this one still sounds totally awesome!
it’s nice to own a RR SVR or Jaguar, most of time my friends and I not argue how many sec does it take from 0-100, how good they actually look like, they argue about the reliability. The funny thing is they even don’t have one and they want to join the conversation lol.

Ha, I have an order on the books for a 2021 F-Type P380 (V6) which is supposed to arrive in late spring. The order was placed prior to the news of Jaguar going full EV by 2025, which is a rather aggressive timeline if you ask me. Will be interesting to see if they release a full electric F-Type in the coming years. Of course, the news of Jaguar going full electric does not necessarily translate to the demise of the internal combustion engine, as has been reported. Such vehicles will remain ubiquitous until at -least- 2030, but likely closer to 2040, at least here in the US.

Like Raiti, I'm surprised by the floating calipers. Also the paddles and gearshift lever look small and flimsy. These don't go with the muscular looking exterior and great sounding engine.

Back in 19, was cross shopping between this, Lexus LC500, and the upcoming C8 Vette. The LC500 wins out in the design for me personally, but I just cannot get over paying that much for a ~450HP power plant. I actually saw a F-Type in person a few times and while the design is good, not as much as the LC500 to me. Granted, the OMGWTFBBQ sound of the Jag beats out ALL other cars in existence currently! In the end I decided on the C8 Z06. Never owned a mid-engine car, drove FR car all my life and this would be my first one, so that's what decided it for me. Cannot wait for its release! By the time I'd be ready for another high end sports car after this round, I'd figure everything would be electric then and would keep the mid-engine'd Vette forever.

LC500 is good option but too soft. This is an F-Type R which has the sport dialed way up; LC500 is a luxo-boat with no sporting edge. Not really comparable. However wait until LC-F comes out and then that is apples to apples with F-Type R. LC-F will be $125K though.... :-)

I haven’t seen any reviews on the lc500 but what from what I read it’s more of a grand tourer than the F type. However, the F type is also awd and more exciting especially with that exhaust note
@@intellect4840 You are exactly right. I test drove both cars 4 weeks ago. The LC500 is nice no doubt but it was way too comfortable (not a bad thing) and did not feel like a sports car or performance car. The butt on the car is a bit too big as well. When I test drove the F-Type you can definitely feel how different it is compared to the LC500. It was comfortable but it also felt and drove like a sports car when you wanted it to. I did like the exhaust note better on the F-Type. So I ended up finally buying a brand new F-Type 3 weeks ago and I'm loving it. Awesome car.
I'll miss this sexy cat when shes gone. I'll miss the supercharged v8 with its sexy grumble. Not a fan of cars transitioning to ev but gas cars will be missed

Once up to temp they are spot on the money but I think if you are doing a track day with this car within two laps the brakes will be an issue.

You've driven all types of cars. In your experience which should I purchase this year? It's either going to be a 2024 Jaguar F-Type R or a 2024 Lexus LC500. The car will be my daily driver so which did you experience was more fun and liked? Thanks.
I haven’t seen any reviews on the lc500 but what from what I read it’s more of a grand tourer than the F type. However, the F type is also awd and more exciting especially with that exhaust note
@@intellect4840 You are exactly right. I test drove both cars 4 weeks ago. The LC500 is nice no doubt but it was way too comfortable (not a bad thing) and did not feel like a sports car or performance car. The butt on the car is a bit too big as well. When I test drove the F-Type you can definitely feel how different it is compared to the LC500. It was comfortable but it also felt and drove like a sports car when you wanted it to. I did like the exhaust note better on the F-Type. So I ended up finally buying a brand new F-Type 3 weeks ago and I'm loving it. Awesome car.
I'll miss this sexy cat when shes gone. I'll miss the supercharged v8 with its sexy grumble. Not a fan of cars transitioning to ev but gas cars will be missed
I don't see LandRover-Jag going fully to EV. Their SC V8 is going to the new Defender too. The company know what people want.
@@SaintMecha yea agreed but their aim is to have a full ev lineup by 2025 so the time is now. Use as much gas powered cars until it changes here soon
