Dirty Super Bowl Hotel Rooms Going for $900, Investigation Reveals

- Some Minneapolis hotels charging hundreds of dollars for Sunday’s Super Bowl have disgusting items lurking in the rooms, an Inside Edition investigation found. Chief Investigative Correspondent Lisa Guerrero went to a Days Inn, which usually charges $90 a night. The rate for the Super Bowl was $900 a night. Guerrero discovered trash under the refrigerator in her room, while the toilet had a hand towel stuffed in it. She also saw cigarette ashes in the room, which was designated as non-smoking. #InsideEdition
I love it when they do these hotel filth inspections it makes me and my family aware of our hotel room
Once me and my sister and mom went to a hotel(it wuz in a very sketchy place) after we where done registering me and my sister went to look for the room while my mom parked the car. As me and my sister looked for the room she noticed that a person wuz following us, I did not notice until my sister mentioned it to me..as we enterd our room there wuz a smell of smoke and cigarette stains on the bed sheets the whole place looked filthy and we told the man at the register that my sister had weak lungs and wuz allergic to smoke..that night we left..but it wuz in the middle of the night and we had to drive up mountain roads.. So what a trip!😒😃
Btw the person stoped following us as we reached the elevator..which smelled strongly like smoke

What I've never understood about filthy hotels is why they're so filthy. I get they're cheap, but it's SO easy to at least clean them to the point of not being totally filthy. It's not that hard to change the sheets or pick up trash from behind a bed.

My dad’s pest control company was called out for Verizon and other companies to reinspect them all. I think they did this in Winnipeg too and it’s always disgusting. Doesn’t even matter what city, don’t stay in hotels.
