I have a Dell 5110 inspiron and 5 years ago had a trojan virus and a technician cleaned the systems and reloaded. I now want to reset to factory settings and see that there is no Dell Data Safe Reset and Emergency backup up option. I still have the operating systems, driver and utilities discs. Can I reset the hard drive with these discs. If so how do I clean out my existing hard drive. You r advice would be amazing thank you🎉
