I don't think people realize how physically strong and healthy you have to be to this for such an extended length if time. That being said, if you are unwell, please START doing this because the healing benefits are worth the effort. For those of you mocking this, with love and peace I ask you to stand now and attempt to do this but wear a helmet and have a bucket ready. 😊
It’s not about being healthy. It’s an old meditation the ides behind it is that when you whirl your mind whirl with you so that when you suddenly stop only the body stops but the mind inside goes on moving . Of course it’s pointless if you’re not watching closely within you .

This dance dangles the woman’s spirit as a light to follow, until we find ourselves whirling in unison together with the feeling of staying still. Here Zia surrounds us with perfumes and gardens filled with opened flowers, a fresh breeze, and the sparkling sky of an orange tinted night . The world we enter is a world we never want to leave. We leave the world behind and bathe ourselves in light.

One time on Dmt I stood up and started spinning in these wheels that I could feel but couldn’t see and it was somewhat fun so I asked the presence what was happening and it told me it was the wheels of sustainability and that without them nothing would exist or appear physically or in this dimension… I know that this is tied to that message for I also met a huge mandala that told me it was god and that everyone unborn living and passed thing makes it up in totality and aliveness
