Yea when I heard that also I thought it was sweet and I’m sure his dad appreciates hearing it. I never pushed these moments off with my father. He wasn’t the best of dads but he loved to fish and it’s one of the few good memories I have shared with him. Definitely enjoy the moments while you have them!

It's awesome you are making these memories and recording them - you'll love watching them many years from now. I always hunt with my dad but need to start bringing a camera along to document the trip too.
We actually do that every once in a while and it is a lot of fun! I highly recommend bring a camera along and even if you did not make a super great video but just had some of the highlights, you would still love watching it.

Different size Sheepshead definitely school together. When fishing docks and pilings like this they stay close but I've found when fishing deeper bottom structure they will circle the entire structure feeding, so bites might come in waves.
