Love the video as usual! Lighter presentation produces bigger fish in the mangroves. Jig heads or just no weight at all when you’re using live shrimp! That big weight hitting will spook a redfish or snook everytime!
Another awesome video!! I put my dry fish coating in a gallon size zip loc bag. Throw the fillets in the bag shake em up and when all done you can use the bag as a garbage bag to pack out your trash. I always keep a box of them handy. All the best to you and “Me Ancient”

Great videos Ace. Try cooking those snapper whole. Remove the scales with a fork and remove the gills and organs. Some salt garlic powder and lime and fri them up. But the fillets look great.

As a connoisseur of the Louisiana seafood products, I had no idea they made a fish taco sauce. Literally putting that on the list to check for when I go grocery shopping tomorrow.
Hey that shark that looks like a hammerhead was called a Bonnethead shark, they don't get very big and are awesome to catch and release they look so cool.
Definitely need to try throwing some artificial lures around the mangroves. Using chum and anchoring down is good but youre missing out on alot of snook and tarpon down there. If you troll around and throw lures next to the mangroves like paddletails you will slay some tarpon and snook
