    thank you so much! This is good...very clear and sensible. I am at 10 months. I began to feel a bit better a couple of months ago...slowly. But now I seem to be in the Burn and Bust cycle overdoing it and then thrown back into deeper fatigue and more inflammation pain. You described it well. I will endeavor now to be aware of and respect my baseline and work in a gentle pacing way to increase activity.

    Very good advice, i have instantly been practicing pacing. It is so hard to have the proper expectations of how long recovery will be. I feel more positive since watching your video. Thank you. I will continue on….

    Sarah this video was extremely valuable to me. I wanna thank you from the bottom of my heart for your positivity, optimism and useful information.
    I got Covid a year ago, and went through a difficult breakup a week afterwards. It’s been a terrible year but it’s really inspiring to see people like you going through similar circumstances be so uplifting and strong. Thank you!

    I guess leaving the chain off of the door to my apt so that the landlady can let herself in to see why I haven't paid my rent isn't being very optimistic.

    You should add an end screen that shows your last video and has a subscribe button. It’s all in the RUclips studio and it’s free. Super easy to do. Just look up a tutorial on RUclips on how to do it. It will help so many more people find your videos!

    So happy for you Sarah. I have had Long Covid for 3 years. Actually I have Long Vax because I got it from the vaccine. It is a nightmare with many of the same symptoms as Long Covid. You are a smart and brave woman. Thanks so much for the sound advice.

    Hello Sarah, who looked after your Kids when you were bedbound? Was it possible for you to prepare the meals?

    • @sarahchristine7869
      @sarahchristine7869  3 года назад +1

      I still looked after my kids. I just planned my days with a lot of pacing. I made a lot of very easy meals & ready meals. All of this took a lot of planning, but I was able to do it.

    Have u developed pots after covid

    • @sarahchristine7869
      @sarahchristine7869  3 года назад

      I haven’t, but I believe that the symptoms of POTS and a lot of the other symptoms of LC and CFS, are due to a nervous system dysfunction, which can be healed. I talk about this in my video on “Defining Long Covid”.
