I am vegetarian and quite low in iron. I had really really heavy periods so lost a lot of iron during that. I am taking an iron supplement and my periods have lightened much much more but last much longer. I’m on my 5th week of period now.
Here’s a quick tip for working out. If you get tired of doing it easily try turning on a show or listening to music that will get you distracted and it makes you feel like you’re not working out.
aha honestly i love sweets! i forgot to show in the video but my dessert is usually a few squares of chocolate! what i have found helpful is making healthier swaps in terms of sweets/candy so the chocolate i eat is the brand “hu” and it is more expensive but has such clean ingredients and tastes amazing. i also love things like frozen grapes or even having yogurt with fruit as a dessert! i think it’s important to remember though that it’s totally okay to have “unhealthy” desserts sometimes too, like if im going out somewhere and want to get croissants or cupcakes at a cafe, i do it and that’s fine too! 🩷
