This recipe Ebook doesn’t have calories or nutritional info listed because I know I have a lot of followers who have/have had an eating disorder, so I don’t want to trigger anyone☺️ In my next Ebook that I’m working on at the moment, I would want to include the nutritional info, I’m thinking about how to include those in a way that if you don’t want to see the numbers, they wouldn’t be visible🤔

For many of my friends who love your recipes but are trying to be in a calorie deficit, it’s a bit of a hindrance. (Some of us older post menopausal ladies 🥹 it’s tough to lose these extra 10-20 lbs) I wonder if there could be two versions to download?
