Finding the "gift" of jealousy...aka I'm very jealous and it's making me mad!

Everybody knows comparison is the thief of joy but it doesn't make it any easier to not feel jealous! Jealousy is an extra hard feeling for sure and has been weighing on my mental health this week leading to more anxiety so let's talk this out!
