    I think Salk was right with the "information overload" for the hitters. At some point you just let the hitters hit... especially ones as talented as J-Rod. The iPads in the dugout during the game just sounded like a bad idea. Watch the game and see for yourself what the pitcher is doing, what are his best pitches that game, is he favoring inside or outside to hitters, is he hitting his spots, if not is he missing high or low. Once you see what he's doing you can adjust how you approach hitting that pitcher in that game from there.

    Need to bring in Edgar for Hitting coach.. I wonder if Julio is trying to be the big pop guy you referenced and is putting to much pressure on himself to be that dude.

    What does Signing Robles do? A lower .200 hitter who's only played 3 full seasons in 7 years.

      .727 OPS against lefties, better than Canzone or Raley, plus world series winning experience...maybe?

      @@atiegs he also has .120 batt8ng average with only 25 at bats and a .401 ops this season
