The Ms still have NO CLUE at any level of the organization to teach any of their young hitters to be patient and draw walks in order to force opposing pitchers to occasionally throw a few fat strikes each game.

Seattle won’t make it to the wild card. They are not there and won’t be. This team is not good enough to go far.

2nd worst lineup in MLB.. only the white Sox have scored less runs. Luckily THE DIVISION is terrible.

Half the lineup is underachieving. Garver, Polanco and JP aren’t going to be batting .200 all year

@@FriendlyNeighborhoodGentile AGREED. They will bring each of their batting averages up to an anemic .223 by Labor Day. And NOT a single one of the three hitters will even SNIFF 55 walks by the end of the year. Lots of SOLO HRs in this lineup, because not a single one of the non power hitters are on base when the power hitters deliver.

They need to make at least 2 trades at the deadline

Holy cow, this conversation is sooooo much more comprehensible and intelligible than the chronically depressed and half awake beaver Colby over at Locked On. My go to listen now.

I listened to him after the Russell Wilson trade. Once. Constant whining about that trade until he finally saw why it was made.

This team has no chance of competing for a world series unless they make some trades

Isn't it clear? Playing their best, to their identity, they are a slightly better than .500 team. As a fan, it's too bad that Julio is the only one that generates any buzz when he comes to the plate. Identity, above avg pitching, one of the worst at the plate.

Blah, blah, blah. It took a lifetime for the brainiacs that are Mariner management to finally bring up some speed. Finally! The way you win in a pitcher’s park is with pitching and speed. YW

Identity- strikeout 15x a game score 2 runs and only win when the pitching staff is untouchable- what could go wrong? This team is smoke and mirrors. The offense is atrocious, and I won’t be surprised if we miss the playoffs.
