Exactly. Of course everyone is different, for some people they will learn how to do it faster and for others it takes longer. Depends how well you body adapts and gets stronger/faster. You also have to be strong enough to hold the rotation.

Are you able to do another video on how to improve double rotations. Mine are pretty wild lol. My off ice Axel is solid, but for some reason just jumping up and doing a double rotation is a struggle.

No, because then you wouldn't get the right feeling as with your legs without it. Plus It wouldn't allow you to gain strength and make your jumps high.
