- These Raspberry Yogurt Bars are one of the most delightful summer desserts, so refreshing and full of raspberry and lemon flavor. The addition of Greek yogurt makes these crumble bars even more balanced as the creamy yogurt complements so well with the crust and crispy crumble on top.

Ingredients
Makes about 9 servings
Crust
1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
1 cup (100g) rolled oats
2/3 cup (135g) light brown sugar
1/2 tsp (2g) baking powder
1/4 tsp (1g) salt
1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, room temperature
Zest from a lemon
1 tsp (5g) vanilla extract
Filling
1 pound (450g) Greek yogurt
2 tbsp (30g) sugar
2 tbsp (16g) cornstarch
10 oz (300g) fresh raspberries

Wow It actually tases as good as it looks! I just made this and it literally tastes like cheesecake but way better and guilt free, well kinda. I just replaced the raspberries with strawberries and it turned out so delicious.

Frozen Berries can Be used for all those asking so she doesn't have to keep repeating herself, just flour them lightly before putting them on the yogurt and DO NOT THAW THEM! ANY BERRIES OF YOUR CHOICE 💜 Even Mixed Berries 😻
