- The owner was in British for 16 years as trained himself to improve cooking skills.
There were many famous persons or football players to have a meal.
In specializing to sell a sweet, his Yatai is very popular among women.
Especially, the menu, tart, is pretty nice taste.
In winter, Yatai business faces a difficult situation each year, a cold wind attacks them directly, so they need to prepare some shield to protect customers from weather.

The food looks awesome, but setting that whole operation up was even more impressive!
totally agreed! setting it up and taking it down after, and repeat, is a total dedication, love as well as passion
same I was thinking!
Exactly
I wish them success so they can build a shop that automatically sets up itself or unfolds with a press of a button.
@@limandy7102 that is the YATAI CULTURE of Japan
Yep! every day, early morning it's like setting up a new shop from scratch, from towing the cart right up to a completed restaurant, a lot of work, I raise my hat to these guys, success is on its way to you guys!
Ohhhhhhh my God!!!! EVERY DAY?! That's not life... Not possible.
says 18:30 to 24 so they only open 5.5 hours not all day
Most Yatais happen at night, not morning. But it is an honest and hard 10 hours of work.
These people that do these kind of work have my respect 🫡
5:56 They open their little restaurant from 18:45 - 24:00
I think in the morning, they shop for ingredients and do the prep like skew, sauce, cut the meat, wash vegetables ...
They work hard all day, maybe some hours for shower and sleep
Full of respect for this hardworking pair! Wishing them great success!
So much work to have the place setup. I admire the couple's
hard work!!!
Anyone that works this hard everyday deserves all the respect and admiration they can get!! Extraordinary looking food..wish them all the blessings they deserve in life👊🙌🏼👏
Lies again? Push Cart
They have to take this apart every day. So much work.
It is and I like how it all looks when they’re done after it’s all done, it’s great they get a lot of business. Some people really don’t mind because they also meet a lot of new people daily, but think of the people who get up every morning, get ready for work every single day, drive through traffic, work with people all day and do it all over again the next day, it takes a lot of energy and motivation to keep going to get that paycheck. Some people rather work outside than behind a desk. 😉
It needs to transform back & forth, like an Autobot.
I was about to ask this because I was thinking there was no way they had to set up and break down everyday. The fact that they actually do blows my mind!
Wow, I must really take my hat off to this tremendously hard working couple!!! The whole set up was meticulously done, and then they have to dismantle it all afterwards is just .... no words!
The food looked delicious, nice plating too. And All were prepared beforehand ready for cooking, etc.. my word! Does he even have time to sleep? (Vegetables are expensive in Japan, so I am surprised to see how generous the veggie portions are.)
All my Best wishes to them.. they sure deserve success. 👍👍👍👏👏👏👏
Very impressive hardwork 1)setting - up the food truck
2) cooking varities of food
3) Beautifully serving the deliciously cooked food 👌

Hard working people right there. Looks amazing.
Wow.. I'm super impressed with the effort these two young people put into making their business successful. The food looks amazing too!🤤
This is a never ending job for this couple. I hope they have helpers to prepare food for the next day so the sleep at night. You guys are very hardworking, very inspiring, very good in want you do!
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ We are Maori, (NZ) that live in Australia and My wife and I are currently planning to hit the shores of a country with the world most humble, hardworking and respectful people to experience their culture and we can't wait.....
Good food will always attract people. The owner is young and will be successful. 16 years credit to his cooking.
Wew they doing it everyday like that. Really appreciates the effort.
It makes me happy to see people like this. I feel privileged to watch them work. Wishing them every success!
An excellent video about a skilled team working a Yatai. I am due to travel to Fukuoka soon enough & will make every attempt to find this Yatai and enjoy his meals. It is now saved in my 'Japan - Must visit' file. ;-)
The woman did most of the work setting up the "Yatai". And very effortlessly too. Respect.
Regardless where we are in the world, where we come from, who we are, survival is so very hard. But as we move on no matter what it takes, we will eventually make it there. Watching your whole video, make me think of my parents, whom worked so tirelessly and raised all of us well. They are no longer on earth, but we must move on…. Take good cares, there are still long and narrow roads ahead of us. With all the love ❤️
Wow😱 all these dishes look phenomenal 🔥!! I love how this guy prepares all his meal everything cooked fresh right in front of you!! Awesome Video ❤ Thanks for Sharing 🙏🏽💯🙏🏽
Wow. From set up to cooking on real dishes to clean up, tear down and then prep for another day - whew! This is a hardworking couple
You two just inspired me to set up my own business, so amazing 👍 thank you your food looks scrumptious 🤤
仕事帰りにこの匂い…🤤
惹き付けられる事間違いなし‼️😋
Incredible, well crafted pop up food stall ❣️ plus incredible looking delicious food ❣️ Must try when Japan opens its door for visitors. Congratulations 👏👏👏 you guys !
The street food looks very delicious. And you are a great videos man
カラフルで可愛くて行きたくなるw
料理も美味しそうで…🤤
A lot of preparation and its looks comfy for the customer even for them when cooking, really satisfying
What a fantastic amount of preparation prior to even starting to cook anything
and to think they have got to go through the same ritual at night when they close,
much respect to them, and best wishes from Scotland.😊
Amazing team work. It’s to much to ask to go it alone?
A lot of hardwork put in to set up & dismantle the cart daily. Salute to the both of you. Impressive.
楽しく拝見させていただきました。とてもユニークでおしゃれな屋台さん。美味しそうだけど、見たことのない料理に驚きです。
Very cool setup and delicious looking menu 👍😎
Best Wishes on the success of your business... ✌️
It’s nice to see people making a living in an unconventional way. Much respect.
Hopefully they are doing what they love.
屋台でこんなに本格的な料理が食べられるなんて!
Learning the craft is just part of the journey, then you pull out your entrepreneurial spirit to go out on your own. Talk about testing your skills out there! 👍 courage! I'm also seeing five star food can be enjoyed simply, without any snobbery needed 😄
Major respect to them. Setting up can take SO much time, effort and energy... then they have to turn around and deal with people all day.
Whew!
This is a very good cooking show and we love it !!!
That's the cleanest YATAI I have seen so far on RUclips. The food looks amazing.
I am always completely amazed how much they do with so little. Fun to watch.
Bless their hard work and the food looks absolutely delicious!
Wow. This one is particularly interesting. Terrifically elaborate set-up (to repeat that daily - that, alone - takes great fortitude ), as well the integration of *western "density" (**meat, portion size) with a dexterous, high aesthetics Asian skill/ touch. The food looks beautiful, full of texture combinations, always an element of *char. Bravo to them, much success.
A very nicely written review Karen, if I may say.
Wow this is very mesmerizing to watch, and all the hard work from them. Food looks delicious too.
This is beautiful. From the food to everything perfectly arranged clean and tidy.
Oh my, so much work/time in assembling 😅
i salute them. 🥰
The commitment to the logistics of setting up and taking down the food stall everyday is impressive.
He really cooks with passion
Wow 😯 that food looks delicious 😋. Thanks for sharing👍👍👍👍
Wow. So good, the funky little wagon that could. I wish I was there.
The setup/breakdown of the yatai seems like it would take longer than they are open for.
How dedicated
Beautiful Teamwork , what a wonderful Coordination 😊☮️🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
Have to say, the food looks so tempting and delicious. A really interesting video. Thank you.
WOW! JUST LIKE YOU'RE IN A FINE DINING, PLATING IS SO COOL.
I really love the Asian European fusion happening here with his food. These guys deserve an actual restaurant, because this food looks delicious and I think anyone would enjoy the flavors.
I can't believe all that setup came in that cart amazing, and the menu impressive it looked so delicious 😋
Thank you for the wonderful video!👍
I love simple, tasty and inexpensive street food
Wow that plate he made on the leaf looks so good 😊😋 one day my wish of going to Japan will come true and hope to meet all these food truck professionals and taste their wonderful food. Blessings to all
5 star cart.. wish the couple success with awesome energy
屋台とは言わせない程丁寧に
掃除などされて凄い綺麗😄
食べたくなりますね
This is truly awe-inspiring. Speaking as a Westerner - does anyone notice how our Asian brothers and sisters (I'm assuming this lovely couple is Japanese), do everything so beautifully? And the design of everything they use is, simply, art. This cart is beautiful, the food looks breathtaking. The intelligence of the design, the demeanor of the people, the importance placed on family and education is something we should aspire to! If you'll notice homes, gardens, streets, clothing, interiors, and even their automobiles are beautiful and practical. Anyway, I would love to go to Asia one day and experience this first hand. God Bless you wonderful people.
Awesome..very methodical, clean with great detailing..typically Japanese🙏
Amazing spirit and hard working people! That’s what I call dedication and professionalism!
Wow...it is really amazing Street Food Fighter.スゴイイです。👍👏日本の屋台はいいですね、Anyway thanks for sharing and best regards from Bali.よろしくお願いします。バリ島もよろしくお願いします。🙏
Courageux, propres , organisés, bravos à ces jeunes !!!
Such an impressive menu for a street food cart!
By far look like the best. Stall is nice, clean, and pretty organized. Food looks excellent and tasty. 👍
My goodness, that cart is like a little transformer. That's awesome guys. Well done 😊🌎✨
The place is so cute, i hope it becomes permanent and you dont have to set up daily
Attention to detail. Everything exactly where it belongs.Impressive.
watching you nguys set up your shop is crazy.... the details is crazy. Good jobs guys 👍👍👍
Always a great video! greeting from Phnom Penh, Cambodia!
I just wish they get their own permanent place ❤️ it’s a lot to do even before starting to prepare the food
The set up alone will kill me😂
You must have not seen the Japanese older generation setting up their store.
You both are amazingly hard workers. Wishing you all the success❤!
thank u for showing your country
the power outlets on road n water system is really mesmerizing
Another amazing example of packaging and construction. I would hope he find a place one day where he could leave his yatai up and not go through that two hour setup and probably two hour tear down every night. Thats got to be brutal in the freezing cold and high heat
Very impressed with all the work and then the food!!!, hope once established they contract a specialist construction builder for their kitchen which is easier and faster set up so they have more time to concentrate on the cooking and customers. Very impressed with them. Best Wishes.
Loved this video. Such a beauful, colorful, well organized stand. They look so caring and clean. A clean place is the start to enjoy great food.
I think most people come here just to see how these guys set up shop everyday then completely take it all apart AFTER a hard working day knowing that they would have to do same thing the next day and everyday after.
I watch these guys work just to get the inspiration to go to work myself. My hats off to you. Best of luck!
Gotta give massive credit for the daily grind. Hats off to you not only for the set up, but the long night/ day of cooking and also the breakdown as well. Food looks amazing.
The preparation work alone to be done daily is already pain in ass, so good job 😂 and please don't waste the lemons if no one's gonna eat it 😢 but the food looks really tasty 🤤 and love the clean and cozy settings ❤️
This is the cleanest Yatai I have seen on RUclips so far. I'm sure it is because you are new to the Yatai scene but I hope you stay this clean and fresh. Thank you for sharing!
This is why I love Fukuoka city. My second home.
Fukuoka is such a great city, so happy to hear that it is your second home! Thank you for loving this city!
I love the setup of these mobile restraunts. Would it be possible to show them packing up?
Looks like good food, but more time to set up than to cook! 😮 I hope they can buy a restaurant soon.
Wow, amazing amount of work setting up.
Shear genius. From the cart everything I'm truly impressed
很偉大的生意者☁每天這樣做生意♡很累喔☁
Municipal governments should be encouraging these small food stalls, but established restaurants and local businesses do everything in their power to block them.
not everyone is as clean or responsible like this couple, or like japanese. In my area, anywhere street stands/trucks/carts go, there's a trail of trash, oil, rubbish, etc. even if they clean, the customers cause a disturbance or mess and just leave it there nearby. All the parking lots or streets where they set up are always trashed, oily, and dirty.
GOD bless both of you and your very good bussiness!
These young couple are extra ordinary so admirable. They are industrious and serious in their ways. Good luck to you both. 🍀🍀🍀
The hard work from everyone in this video is so incredible. Just setting up is extraordinary. Where do they get the water? Just bring in a lot of gallons? What an incredibly difficult craft and so beautiful at the same time.
Those places seem to be prepared for the carts, they have easy access to electricity and water, need to bring gas. Have seen it like that before.
A country that promotes its cuisine and craftspeople.
屋台ナンバー、ブレーキぐらいあった方が良い違うかな❓️👀
交通違反なれへんのかな❓️👀
The presentation is incredible! You’ve gotta have an insane work ethic to do this for a living. Congrats
That was fun and tasty . Thanks for sharing . .
Fukuoka is one of the few prefectures to offer Yatai (portable food carts), 10years ago in Tokyo they were not openly allowed. Blessed wishes to the couple.
very hardworking couple. good luck im sure success is nearby.
So inspiring, just so great to see folks living and taking control of their destiny all while enjoying everything life has to offer. I hope to someday follow in these footsteps, oh what journey to come.
The street food in Japan is well more organised then india 5star hotel.
I'm FROM INDIA 😅
I'm impressed these setups are amazing!!!
My girl was pushing the cart with her pocket book on her shoulder. I respect and love the hustle 😉😉
