- This time we photographed Mami-chan, a long-established food stall in the Tenjin area.
The current owner has taken over the stall started by his parents, and handles everything from assembly to preparation and cooking during business hours by himself. Most stalls require two or three people to do the work. The owner is constantly running and assembles the stalls at an overwhelming speed. Once the restaurant is open for business, he is the only one serving customers, cooking, and washing dishes. Even in such a busy schedule, I was impressed by the way he cheerfully chatted with customers and skillfully prepared dishes. had fried rice with takana (Chinese cabbage), oden, pig's feet, grilled ramen noodles, and more, all of which were truly delicious and enjoyable.

My deepest respects to the people who work as hard as these street venders. There is no words to describe their work ethic. Wow.

ぼったくりの屋台が、まだまだ多い中

ワンオペで調理する姿も素晴らしく
オーダー表を付けるわけでもないのに
会計時はしっかり覚えていてくださり明朗会計

Hello Kei-san, I enjoy this episode a lot. The owner of Mami chan is such a cool guy. Pulling the cart with those 💪 muscles, love his hair style! He works so fast setting up the stall and manages to handle a 2 to 3 persons job. I will probably take 1 hour to set it up if I can even pull the cart. 😄 Kudos to him. I tried pig's feet and oden before and I love both dishes. Thank you for your hard work! Keep the food videos coming! Ciao!🥰
