- Today I am sharing a super easy loaded chicken and veggie traybake. I love a traybake as its minimal washing up and you can chuck anything in it to pack it full of flavour.

INGREDIENTS:
4 chicken fillets
3 carrots
2 peppers
1/2 broccoli head
New potatoes
Garlic
Olive oil
1tbsp thyme
1tbsp oregano
Celery salt

brill, will cook for my menfolk, do you bake any veggie meals without rice or pasta? I am veggie and not keen on rice or pasta. Fingers crossed
